John and his staff are wonderful to work with. I have used him several times over the last couple of years and wouldn't go anywhere else! You can trust what he says and know the job will get done correctly.

Replaced water heater that had begun leaking. They were able to come out within approximately an hour of calling as a new customer.

Company reacted quickly to our emergency of a backed up drain. Mike Bartlett was great. Like fact he text asking questions before he got here so he went straight to work. Also I did not have to interrupt my meeting when he arrived. He quickly found and repaired the problem and cleaned up after. Also, just a vey nice guy. As always, 5 star service from a 5 star company.

John Wilcox Plumbing did a great job for the things we asked them to do. They were very responsive. They aren't cheap, but then you get what you pay for, and we wanted some quality work done. That said, the only reservation I have is that They charge $165 for doing the required annual check on a backflow preventer for a fire system - but they were extremely thorough, more than we experienced in the past with other companies that charge between $70 to $100. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing work.

Ryan was super professional and diagnosed the problems with our bathroom plumbing quickly. He gave us thorough information, answered all of our questions, and discussed our various options for repair with candor and honesty. We walked away impressed.
