Used Wilcox for pre season AC inspection. The technician, Ray Lew, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Would highly recommend!

Very professional. I was having a water leak and they came out within hours. Very pleasant and explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it.

We have had good experiences with John Wilcox Plumbing on at least half a dozen occasions. Benjamin, who did the work today, was excellent overall including doing really nice work as well as being thoughtful and considerate in every way.

No upselling, in fact like the proverbial auto mechanic who tells you that it doesn’t need to be replaced, in this case I was shown that all that was needed was a minor repair not a major equipment replacement.

John Wilcox plumbing and HVAC was able to get out to me for an AC repair same day in the dead of August. Their technician, Ray, was an expert on heat pump systems and a total professional. Timely, knowledgeable, fast, and provided insanely good value. Left me with an ice cold AC unit keeping our house nice and crisp and very satisfied with our service. Cannot recommend this company - and Ray - enough!
