Everyone from the scheduling department to my technician Ray was so professional and kind. Truly took the time to note my concerns prior to Rays arrival. the timeliness and responsiveness with updates as to the timing of the appointment allowed me to plan my day. Ray took more time than any other tech from any service I've worked with and spoke with respect and education throughout his job. While it was routine maintenance, I'm confident that I wouldnt hesitate to call this service back in an emergency or with any needs.

Wilcox plumbing was terrific! Turns out we needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Gretchen was speedy and efficient to get us scheduled, John provided several estimates for us to consider and made the changes we requested. The crew were very professional and great to work with. They had to put in long hours because the space was not easy to work in and they needed to be creative to get the unit installed. Though it was cold and dark, Matt was polite and super-positive with a smile under his mask. We're back with heat and will try out the new air conditioner in the summer. I would highly recommend Wilcox plumbing & heating for any large or small job.

We've been using John Wilcox for a couple of years now. However, they came to the rescue when our home boiler went down and it was 6 degrees outside. They came in a few hours, assessed the problem, and ordered the part (which took a day and a half to come from the mid-west) They kept us up to date will texts and calls. They offered space heaters, and with the ones we made due. Ray, the service person, was polite and knowledgeable. We will continue to call on them for our heating concerns.

The technicians, Brian and Derek, arrived on time, were courteous and friendly, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves when my plumbing repair was completed. The pricing was more fair and I would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing issues at my home.

I had John Wilcox install new sump pumps with battery back ups after some flooding in our basement. The guys who came to do the work were very friendly, efficient and the price was fair. Would absolutely use again!

Very pleased with their work - Called them with an emergency as my water heater was leaking water all over. They came within an hour and helped me turn off the water source, then came back later in the day to install new water heater. Prompt, friendly, professional, quality work. highly recommend!

We had a valve fail in an old spigot, and they were quick to respond, very professional, and thorough in their work. Highly recommend.

Three weeks later, Mike and Ryan came out to hook up our sink, dishwashers, water filter, and disposer. They did an excellent job.

John Wilcox Plumbing is a superior company. We recently had a tankless water heater installed by them. John thoroughly explained everything about it in a way that could be easily understood and did not pressure us into buying. His employees showed up on time and were very neat about their work and courteous. They cleaned everything up when they were done and explained anything about the product that I needed to know. Their work is the best out there that I have seen and they are efficient. They are also very knowledgeable about the newer electronics on these newer devices for your home. They are truly the best in their business!

5/13/21. Another season, another household disaster. Luckily, John and his employees came to our rescue (again, sorry John). My wife and I knew we had a very old AC (30+ years) and the furnace was close to 30. John worked with us to select the best product that is efficient and high tech. I would recommend John Wilcox plumbing, heating, ac, and anything else his company does to anyone. The one thing that stands out the most to me about John and his employees is that they make you feel like family. Family you can depend on at all times and can count on to get the job done right the first time. Thank you to John, Gretchen and the rest of their employees.

Fixed an internal water leak from outside the house instead of causing damage to the interior. No plaster to repair and paint, saving me hundreds.
