I needed to have two toilets repaired due to the old age and a leak. Bill arrived on time and was such a pleasant person. He listens to my concerns and what work I needed to have repaired. John Wilcox Plumbing responded promptly to my call. Matt finished his previously scheduled call in my area and was able to stop by to do job ahead of my scheduled appointment. Matt identified problem and made the necessary repairs. Communication with JWP great. It was easy to schedule appointment.

Bill was excellent. Wilcox responded to my call immediately and were on site within 24 hours. (It was not an emergency call.) Bill was attentive and friendly, and took extra time to make sure the problem was fully diagnosed and repaired. Outstanding experience, and I will call Wilcox the next time I need a plumbing professional.

I had a new water heater installed. John came to my home first to evaluate the existing wayer heater, discuss the options available to me, and make a recommendation. He was very helpful in explaining everything in layman's terms and answered all of my questions. Following that discussion I felt equipped to select the correct unit for my home. The install went smoothly and the service men were professional and completed the job in a timely fashion while maintaining a clean environment. I recommend the company highly.

I called John Wilcox in need of a service call/repair on my boiler. The intake call was excellent and we scheduled a service call. The service tech was on time (called prior to confirm ETA), knowledgeable, and fixed my boiler. Plus he was personable and very professional. All in all, I was very happy with Wilcox HVAC. Thanks!

Our furnace had a bad heat exchanger and was produced carbon monoxide. They were able to quickly come out and diagnose the issue, get us a quote for a new furnace, and install it within a few days.

I've used Wilcox for the entire spectrum of HVAC and Plumbing services. Happy to have used them for: Entire stack replacement + waste, 2 A/C units + 1 mini-split, furnace replacement, toilet flange leak/repair, Thermostat replacement, air duct correction/re-engineer. Most happy with how the stack replacement was able to be done in stages to work with our remodeling progression and living needs. They also use good American products and make very good referrals for product vendors.

Had them install a new garbage disposal several yrs ago - very convenient scheduling. Recently had sluggish drain issue which they cleared efficiently and I learned a lot about tlc the old pipes need. I appreciated next day scheduling.
