Mister Sewer Plumbing & HVAC

My rental property located in Mt Lebanon and it needed a emergency replacement of lead pipe due to the pipe leaking. The crew of Chris Holden, Mark Austin and Brandon from Mr Sewer performed a wonderful job. They are excellent in communication on their schedule and procedures which is important since I lived 30 minutes away and the property is vacant. They are very professional and did a very good job in a timely manner. This is one of the greatest experiences I had with plumbers as a landlord. Great appreciations to these gentlemen!!!!

Had Mister Sewer, technician Chuck Renk, come today to check my hot water tank. He did a wonderful job; on time, efficient and their rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Chuck and Mr. Sewer for any plumbing or HVAC issues.

The entire crew - Chris, Tasso, Sam were knowledgeable, descriptive, efficient, and professional. Knocked out a water main leak repair several ft under ground up at the foundation. New main valve. Fixed the entire existing crooked set up, and added an additional new secondary valve - all with precision and skill, in just a few hours. End result was perfect. Excellent craftsmanship. All around great hard working guys that I'm very appreciative for. Recommend any day. Thanks again fellas.

Great experience so far with Mr Sewer! Eli, Dre, Chris and Josh got the job done and were super courteous. Cam is awesome and every time he’s been here takes the time to explain the problem and the job. The Best part is their estimate was 30% less than others. They seem super fair, I would definitely recommend!

Mike, Lee and Eli replaced our sewer system today. of course we were initially unsure of what to expect and had many questions. Words cannot describe the patience and comfort Mike demonstrated as he walked us through the process and kindly answered all the questions we presented. The three man crew started at 8:00 am and didn't stop until the old sewer system was replaced with the new system some 12 hours later (8:00 pm).
Never have we seen such a hard working crew. My wife and I sincerely appreciate the fine example and professionalism this crew demonstrated. If any of our friends or neighbors were to inquire and ask if we could recommend a plumbing company, without hesitation Mister Sewer would be the one

My daughter had Mister Sewer install a trenchless pipe lining in her basement this week. Randy, Mitch, Lee and Eli were very knowledgeable and reliable. We had two other quotes from different companies but they were going to dig up her whole basement and replace the entire pipe which was very expensive. After Mister Sewer completed the sewer camera inspection they found their were only two areas where the terracotta pipe was broken so we were able to do the pipe lining. Also their price was more affordable for my daughter and less invasive and time consuming. We were kept informed of their progress from start to finish. I myself made the initial phone call to schedule a quote and the receptionist was very helpful and considerate.

We contracted Mister Sewer to replace our entire sewer system in our house. We had to replace all the cast iron pipes which had been in place since the home was built in the 60's. Luigi (yes, a plumber named Luigi!) who scoped the job was very friendly and took time to explain in great detail all of the steps of the process. Brad and his Father were the crew that did the excavation and replacement. They were very professional, punctual and communicative. They also took care with the house to mitigate the mess while they worked. Chuck the technician did a follow up after the work was completed to make sure everything was put back and working again. Chuck was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lastly, Jake in the office took great care of the job. He always called about schedule or changes and answered every question we had. All together, the whole crew at Mister Sewer were great! We would have them back in a heartbeat next time we had any plumbing needs. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

It's worth noting, they were not the cheapest option but we felt the work they provided was definitely worth the cost and we felt they went the extra mile. Thank you!

We had an unknown source of leaking pipes in basement. Mr. Sewer came out and explored the possibilities to make sure they knew where the water was coming from. They were responsive, followed up, professional, clean up when they were done. We were very happy with their service! Highly recommend and will use again!

I called my insurance company to file a claim on 03/27/23 due to my floor drain backing up with water. The same day, mister sewer sent out a technician by the name of Brett and unclogged my drain. A few days later, I had another clog and Brett came out again to take care of my problem. I was very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism he showed through out that service appointment. I ended up having mister sewer camera my lines and found out that my pipes were in terrible condition and needed repaired. During having my lines camera’d, the tech Cameron was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had. So I ended up having to get my system replaced. Throughout this process I spoke with Angela, and the project manager Jake countless times, and each phone call they were so helpful and reassuring that they would fix my pipes and ensure my system would be good as new. On 05/08/23, Mike and his crew came out to my house, broke up the concrete, replaced my failing lines and really blew my expectations out of the water. On 05/09/23, they came back to my house to lay new concrete and restore my basement. I am truly happy with the service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to, and came out to my house we’re amazing!!! As a company, they really took care of me and my house, and took all the stress away by the quality of work they provided. I hope I never need mister sewer again, but I know exactly who I will call if I do! Thank you again!!

We are very pleased with Mr Sewer plumbing! Would call them with any future plumbing problems. Their employees were professional, on time, informative, & hard workers. They did a great job! Our only comment would be that we would have appreciated having the fresh air vent positioned to the side, instead of in the center of garage entrance, posing a tripping hazard , as it must be sitting above ground level per code. It would have taken an extra step to do that, but something that future customers could avoid.
