Our AC unit completely stopped working over the weekend. I called right at 8am on Monday morning, talked to a very nice woman, and Chris was here by 8:45! If that’s not great service I truly don’t know what is. Chris got our AC unit fixed up and working in less than an hour and thank goodness for that because it’s going to be in the 90s this week. I will continue to use Valley for all of our heating and cooling needs from today forward. What a great experience.

My daughter's 2nd floor bedroom wasn't getting any cool air, so Chuck came out the day after I called - right on time. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I don't have a lot of home repair knowledge and he was very thorough reviewing everything from the a/c ductwork itself (which he adjusted and it's now working) to insulation and attic access. Sometimes I feel talked down to by other repair people when it's obvious I'm not at their knowledge level, but Chuck was respectful. Our a/c unit is over 20 years old - it's still kicking but when it's time to replace it I will 100% go with Valley. Highly recommended!

I called today, and was immodestly hung up on before I could finish asking if they service commercial in a certain area. Thinking it might have been an accident, or that they had assumed we were a spam caller instead of someone looking to have work done, I called back and received some very flippant remarks towards our client about them trying to place an emergency on a Friday afternoon.

I call back again, accidently, as your business does have a duplicate google page (I checked after being told they don't by your representative) and was rudely told to stop calling and that I had called six times already. I hadn't, I checked my phone log.

It is not hard to simply tell someone you do not serve commercial clients or that you are booked. This behavior, however, is extremely unprofessional and considering how responsive the business is to reviews thought they may like to be made aware what sort of first impression is being given by one of their spokespersons. As it was the same person every time I call, I doubt it will be hard to find out who it was, though I unfortunately did not think to write down her name. I normally would not leave a review, but this is probably the rudest response I've encountered so far in my job.

I saw in another review from six years ago someone who had similar complaints, and I have to wonder if it's the same person after all this time. I have never bothered leaving a review before this myself but as someone who's worked in customer service with all my previous jobs this was shockingly bad service I never would have been able to get away with. I don't want you to punish her, but maybe talk to her? Put her in a different position off the phones?

I used Valley this past week for the first time and they were fantastic! Chris was awesome...very professional and very conscientious! They were also very reasonably priced, so the value was great. I will continue to use them any time that I need my heating or AC serviced.

5 stars is not enough for Valley Heating and Cooling! We have been using them over the past few years for AC repair (our unit came with the house when it was built in 2005) and they ALWAYS got to us right away even if they had to squeeze us in. Along with that, they have always been extremely honest about the findings during investigation, and even helped us to get a few more years out of our unit.

This past experience, our AC stopped blowing all together. We called, and they were a little backed up as is typical for anywhere in June-August, Monique worked it out to have someone here as soon as possible. Sadly, our Unit was beyond quick fixes and needed new parts. They were kind enough to price out multiple options for us. One was repairing the old system, one was a new unit of the same size and one was a slightly bigger unit. They were not pushy at all on any of the options, but just gave very objective information which I really appreciated. We decided to bite the bullet and get a new system. It was only another couple grand more & worth it to us to not be sweating the entire summer. It was also very very comparable to other places when I had talked with some of our neighbors. They even offer 0% financing for 3 years which is also incredible so it's not just an immediate hit to your bank account all at once.

On to scheduling, they were very realistic with me on when they could probably do it. It was likely going to be a week later which was fine. Other places we had talked to were 2-3 weeks so I think this was pretty normal to order parts and all of those things. I received a phone call the next day that they were actually able to squeeze me in on Friday of that week!!! Obviously, I was ecstatic that they even went out of their way to try to make that happen. The technicians and another very nice and wonderful man (forgive me for not remembering your names) called to see if they could come the day before for measurements. I was at my office nearby so I was like sure, and I met them at the house. They asked if they could just start now while they were here which was super nice since they really didn't have to start until the following day. They were done & the house was cooling by noon the next day! I'm amazed and in awe by how much Valley Heating & Cooling really cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

P.S. This is 1 week since the job has been complete & our house is cold! Before this, we struggled to keep the home below 75 especially upstairs (we like it between 70-72) during July & August so this is a HUGE improvement. THANK YOU!!

Update 7/21/2021: My A/C shut down last night. I spoke with Monique at Valley this morning, told her that I have 9 people coming in from out of state to stay the weekend and the house would be an oven. She was very understanding, and had a technician at my door before noon. Dylan, the tech, fixed the problem within 30 minutes and all was well. This is an amazing company with awesome people, and I will continue to trust them with my heating and air conditioning needs.
My furnace broke down on a Friday evening and I called Valley after hours. I received a call back from a technician within 10 minutes. He explained the costs of weekend vs. regular time and we opted to wait until Monday for service. I got a call at 8 AM on Monday, and the technician showed up in 30 minutes as promised. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and offered options with no pressure. The solution that I chose was carried out immediately and the furnace was back working before noon. John the tech was professional and courteous. I will call Valley again if needed.

Had an issue with my boiler system and called Valley based on reviews from previous customers. John can on time and was very friendly, pleasant and professional. Explained what he found and what he did and gave me tips on what to do in the future to prevent any further problems. I also thought the cost was very reasonable.

My furnace broke over the weekend and within seconds I had Donny, the tech, there within minutes! They were fast and very reasonable with finding out a solution. 10/10 recommend Valley!

Was very pleased with my technician, John, who came to service my heat pump today and provide a diagnosis/estimate on boiler system repair work. John was very nice and knew almost immediately what was wrong with my boiler system. Another local HVAC company was unable to diagnose the problem last month. John did a very thorough job servicing and cleaning my heat pump unit; it's running much better. I will be hiring Valley for all future boiler and heat pump service work. Thank you!

I called at 5:30 last evening and left a message that my air conditioner wasn't coming on. Everything was fixed by 7:30 a.m. today!
Wonderful customer service! The best.
