Valley's employees are always punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. They only repair or replace what's NECESSARY -- and as economically as possible. My highest praise is that I'd feel absolutely at ease with recommending them to my elderly parents.

Valley Heating repair man found the problem with our air conditioner quickly and was able to fix it efficiently and effectively. Checked everything over and also cleaned the unit. Excellent job.

We have a an annual service contract with Valley Heating and Air Conditioning which is not inexpensive. On May 10, a technician serviced our two air conditioners. On May 11, I noticed the larger unit was not working properly. We went away for the Memorial Day weekend. When we returned, we noticed the larger unit was not working at all. We called Valley on an emergency call. We did not get a call back. We called again the next day. They said the soonest they could get to us was four days later. We called another company who came the following day. The problem was a worn out contact. I would think the maintenance call on May 10 would have caught this. I have severe asthma and this was a huge inconvenience.

Valley Heating & Air Conditioning has been my HVAC company for decades! They are always reliable, concientious, and friendly! Whether I need routine maintenance, repair, or replacement, they're always there for me.

John was very competent and professional. He was friendly also. They worked me into the schedule very quickly. I highly recommend Valley Heating and AC.

Don was great, he explained what he was doing as he went through the diagnostic process. Also he went back to the shop to get the correct part instead of using a part that would work but was not the correct replacement part.
