Of course Furnace stops heating on the first day of a hard frost, 28 degrees at night and 58 degrees in the House. Called for a serviceman, and Monique (customer service rep.) handled my issue, by scheduled an appt for the next day at 7am. Serviceman on time and installed a new ignitor, part was in the van.. no waiting for part or back to the shop for the part. Fixed and house heating up, chill removed by 8 am.. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY

Great company. We would recommend Valley Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone. From the initial call to installation of our furnace and air conditioning unit, we couldn’t have asked for more friendly and efficient service.

Our 75 gallon water heater was nearing the end of its life span. It was still working, but we began the process of looking for a new one. We were not in a major hurry, but it was something we needed to get done. I called Rhonda at Valley at 8:12 am to inquire as to a new one. At 8:40 am, two technicians were at the house to see what our requirements were, space available, etc. I was given a quote. I agreed, and at 10:35 am the technicians were back with a new water heater, and began the installation process. At 12:30 pm, they were finished and gone! We are not used to people working so fast! John and Jacob were great to work with, and as far as we can tell (with limited knowledge of water heater installation procedures), they did an outstanding job. Will use this company every time! Thanks to Rhonda, John, and Jacob!

The motor on our air handler died this week and we were without heat. Valley Heating and Air Conditioning in McMurray was very responsive. Mo is customer service supreme and Matt had the part ordered, installed, and heat restored within two days. No fuss, no muss. Valley has also performed spring check on our heat pump in the past. If you need heating and cooling preventive service or repair, Valley is the place to call. Fast, honest, and friendly. Highly recommend, especially Matt.

Excellent workmanship. We have been with them for over 30 years. I have read a review on line regarding poor service which I would like to respond to. In my over 35 years with Valley installation and service of our heating and air conditioning, I have never been treated in a similar manner. I can only assume this customers experience is an exception. I can't imagine what triggered such a response.

John came out to our home to fix our leaky boiler furnace. He was very nice and skilled. My dogs don’t like most people and they liked John Price was reasonable. Would absolutely recommend. Laura

John thoroughly checked both my furnace and heat pump to make sure both units were working properly both together and individually. He also gave me some suggestions for equalizing the temperature between the first & second stories. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Thanks for great friendly service John, we appreciate it!

Valley Heating is by far the best HVAC company that I have ever used. John did a great job diagnosing and fixing my boiler at a very reasonable price. Great job Valley, I am very satisfied.

Unbelievably unprofessional customer service from their "general manager" Rhonda. She must be related to the owner of the company to think she can treat paying customers with that kind of disrespect. I replaced my entire unit with them in 2007 and I would highly recommend servicing or replacing your unit through a different company. Honestly, I'm a very laid back person and I can't remember the last time I had service so bad I felt compelled to go on to the Internet and let people know what they could potentially have to encounter. In fact, her service left such a bad impression on me that this is the very first time I have ever written a bad review on Google ! The technicians have been fine to deal with however, when concerns were brought to the attention of a gentleman named Matt he seemed pretty indifferent to the issues I had with Rhonda. Which I think is also a bad sign and a good indication of a poorly run business.
