This is the plumber to call.

I had a major plumbing issue left over from the previous owner earlier this year and called a different plumber. They showed up and did a lot of work, charged me and left. Little did I know that they bypassed and inspection (necessary in Allegheny County), ignored codes, and installed a system that would appear to function for a short time.

When it broke again I called Mister Sewer. Chris and JT showed up the next day, realized I had a much bigger problem after a short inspection and explained to me, in detail what was going on and what my options were. Within the next day they had a team out to begin work on the repair which involved extensive work inside and outside the house. Through every step of the process Walt and Brendan displayed professionalism and expertise at what they were doing as they answered my endless stream of questioning about what was going on.

By the time they left I felt confident that everything had been done right, including calling an inspector to verify it was up to code and working. Additionally I was left with at least a basic understanding of the plumbing in my house, thanks again to the patience and experience of Walt and Brendan.

I will be using Mister Sewer as my permanent plumber going forward and you should, too!

Had a terrific experience with Mr Sewer! First of all Angela from their offices called me back first thing in the morning, and although I did not expect a call that fast, she even apologized for not calling me back sooner. (NOTE: They were also the only ones to call me back of the few I called last evening.) Then Jake came out to the house promptly, and within the time frame I was given when I made the SAME DAY appointment. Jake was patient and listened to everything I had already tried to fix my toilet issues so he didn’t waist time and money trying stuff that was already done. He even gave me good advice for the future, if the issue ever happens again.
Everyone I worked with was polite, prompt, and professional. The best part was how affordable their services are compared to the big chain companies that charge an arm and a leg just to show up let alone fix your problem. I will use Mr Sewer for all of my plumbing/HVAC needs in the future, and will be recommending them to any and all friends and family for any HVAC, plumbing, or sewer work they may need as well.

Jake did a great job installing 2 toilets for me. It was a challenging job because my house is older and the prior plumber
made some plumbing mistakes which made it difficult. He explained it all clearly and was also honest. It is hard to find plumbers that are honest. I also should let you know that Scott and Mike did a great job with my furnace. They are all so friendly,
professional, and honest. Last but not the least, Angela who answers
the phone is so helpful! She does an outstanding job of representing the company. Mr. Sewer is my first choice for Plumbing and HVAC. Thank You!! Pam Wagner

Luigi is literally my hero today! He came out was very courteous, respectful and diligently worked to find and correct a problem I’ve been dealing with for a few days. He showed me what he did and explained how the issue was resolved. I appreciate his help then fold!

Mr. Sewer provided outstanding service in completely replacing my sewer line at a fair price. The office staff was competent, professional and courteous. The onsite work crew was also excellent. Roger, Brad and Jake were respectful of my property, communicated throughout the project and finished ontime. The crew had to dig a 13 foot hole in a confined area. At first we thought they would have to move my shed but Roger figured out a way to work around the shed. Big relief. Go Roger!

We are completely satisfied with Mister Sewer and the amazing work they did to put in a new sewer line which collapsed. They had a lot of work to do to rip up our driveway and put in the new line. Everyone was polite, professional and personable from the men on the job site to the office employees and the owner. Very nice to work with and will recommend to anyone for all of your service needs.
