Triangle installed a mini-split system in an old home we bought recently. They delivered high quality work that was completed on time at a fair price. Their crews were terrific - very courteous and responsive to our requests. Great service - we'll use them for all of our HVAC maintenance.

The BEST HVAC company in Pittsburgh! I used them to replace an AC unit, as well as duct cleaning and some random thermostat issues. Their prices are competitive, the work is top notch, they are very responsive, and they stand by their products and services. Can't say enough good things about Ben and his team! Our furnace stopped working this morning. We noticed around 10 AM and made a call to Triangle. Within an hour I got a call back and a technician was at my house within 10 minutes. Our issue was diagnosed and the technician was able to find a replacement part within driving distance. Considering it is the Friday before a holiday weekend I expected we wouldn't have heat until next week, we are warm and toasty with everything working in less than 4 hours from first even noticing the problem. Our neighbor recommended Triangle to us and I will recommend them to everybody who asks!

my furnace went out and I needed someone to take a look that night to see what the problem was. They had someone out fast and got me going that night. in just a few days they had the part they needed ordered and installed. really happy they got it fixed fast and for a good price.

Great Service People...Even After The Call

Triangle has been servicing my parents’ HVAC for a number of years, doing regular checks, cleaning, etc. So when their furnace stopped after Thanksgiving they called for weekend service.

The response was quick, and the technician tried to find a way to get their system running again, but ultimately they needed a new inducer blower. The part was ordered and quickly installed.

The labor charges were as expected for weekend service and subsequent install of the new part, but the pricing on the part seemed off. I contacted Triangle, and got a call back from the owner, Ben. He'd contacted their distributor, and then the distributors regional manager, and found that the distributor had mis-priced the part. Ben adjusted the price to its correct level, and even added a discount for the trouble!!

The willingness to get to the bottom of an issue that could have been brushed off points to the conscientious nature of this company and to their service orientation. Well done!

So, it's three days before the big holiday and my furnace quit working. I thought I'd have to wait for days, especially with all the COVID staff shortages to get someone to look at my furnace. I was originally told they could be here next day, which was great. They ended up calling me back a few moments later and said they could actually have someone here in 30 minutes! Ben (I think?) showed up promptly, was very personable, and explained to me what was happening with the furnace. The price was fair and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Triangle Air Conditioning. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this business. Thank you!!

12/24/21 So, it's Christmas Eve, I am expecting company and they are staying overnight. The furnace quits. I call the HVAC company I have used for 30 years, I get connected to Triangle instead. They bought the previous HVAC company. I gave them a shot! The tech ( Jim ) arrived at my house in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem, had all the parts he needed in the truck, and got me up and running in an hour or so, Great Service! Sometimes change is difficult, this time it was easy! I have a new A/C and Heating company, Triangle! Joe
