My husband called Triangle because our heater was not functioning correctly and we were both exceptionally pleased with the experience all around. Ben was here quickly and gave all the options and estimate of cost up front. Our heater is older and so when he wasn’t able to find the exact part we needed he was able to come up with other solutions that fit our needs. The part was ordered promptly and they were out to fix it as soon as it came in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of work on their AC/furnace.

I am so glad I found this business. My AC quit working yesterday morning. I gave Traingle AC a call when they opened and they had a tech at my house by early afternoon. We were impressed by Greg, he found the problem and repaired the AC very quickly. He didn't try to push a bunch of extras on me unlike most other companies I have used (which drove me to find a new company).
My system is quite old and I know that it will need replaced sooner rather than later however, Triangle will be the first company I call for repairs and the day that I need a new HVAC.

I contacted Triangle on a Monday during a 90+ degree week! Ben was able to schedule an appointment the same day! Josh, the technician, arrived within 2 hours and had me up and running within 20 minutes! I cannot say enough good things about this company! Josh was great in every way. Very friendly and was very thorough. Fast response to my call and my furnace was fixed within a day. So glad with the cold weather it might not have lasted and we would have been without heat. The girl that scheduled us was also very nice and had Josh come out the day I called to address what type of problem our furnace was having. I have used them in the past for my air conditioning problem which was also fixed very promptly and the service was great then. I will continue to use them for any service needed in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs these types of services. Thanks to everyone at Triangle for taken the worries away when you need fast efficient affordable friendly service.

Our furnace stopped working, and our house was really getting cold. The first repairman we tried was unable to fix our furnace, and we were still cold. Luckily, I talked with my friend and she recommended Triangle. In one short visit (and for less than half of what we had paid for our other unsuccessful repair work) our furnace was up and running! Ben, our technician, assured us that he did know what the problem was, and he was able to warm up our house quickly! He explained that our former repairman had tried to use a part that wasn't compatible with our brand of furnace. Ben had the right part on his truck, he installed it efficiently, and we had heat again! We heartily recommend Triangle, a company that believes in fixing/repairing rather than just selling a new unit. Our serviceman was quick, professional, and friendly. What a great combination!

Triangle came highly recommended by a contractor friend of our family for a full furnace/air conditioner system replacement. Their estimator Paul was extremely knowledgeable - a competitor's estimator made a mistake and Paul happily re-did his measurements and calculations to prove that his system sizing was indeed correct. Pricing seems comparable to other local HVAC companies but the service and competent technicians are above average. We had a minor furnace issue and needed their 24/7 tech to make a late night visit - which along with the adjustment needed was covered under warranty with zero hassle. I'm happy to continue to recommend Triangle to friends and family.

Hired Triangle to replace my tired furnace before the weather turned cold. Notes below:

+ Pricing was right in the middle of the quotes. Completely fair — not the least costly, but no where near the highest estimate.
+ Selected a Lennox furnace — I think this is Triangle’s preferred brand.
+ Scheduled the job in only five business days after we selected Triangle. 👍
+ Two-man crew showed up right on time (8:30A) and the job was complete at 2:45P.
+ Installation is clean and tidy. Triangle worked clean and left the area spotless — cleaner than when they started.
+ Unit works great. No issues at all.

Fantastic job! We had another company come out before Triangle because our AC wouldn't kick on and they told us we needed a brand new unit for $4850. Then comes along the wonderful Kevin from Triangle. He got our unit up and running (after fixing some wiring the other company left dangling) and told us there was nothing wrong with it. I contacted our home warranty company when my AC was not working. They sent a company out that they work with, offered to pay a portion, and leaving me to pay over $1100 out of pocket. The home warranty and their partner gave me an itemized list of charges and suggested a new system.

A friend recommended Triangle Air Conditioning Co., Inc. When I contacted the company and explained the situation, Ben was friendly, polite, professional, and most of all, understanding. He returned phone calls quickly. He offered to come out to take a look at the situation. He listened, answered my questions, was very knowledgeable, and honest. He repaired the problem for me for under $200 and gave me options if something else should happen down the road. I did not need a new unit which is what the other company suggested .. but if I do ... Triangle Air Conditioning Co, Inc. is who I will call!!!

The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and got it done in record time. My family has been using triangle for so.e time now and we will continue. The just did a furnace check and clean on a house I just bought and I will be call them to do the same with the a/c in a month or so
