We had an exceptional experience with Triangle Air Conditioning. From the initial contact to the quoting process to the installation and follow up, every interaction was courteous and professional. An individual came to our house to develop a quote and walked us through the various options and their associated costs. He shared Triangle's excellent Angie's List and BBB ratings with us and helped us select the right system for our home. All of our questions were answered and we had a new system installed within a few days of accepting the quote. The install crew were experienced and professional and left the work area immaculate. I highly recommend Triangle to anyone considering a new residential air conditioning system.

We’ve used Triangle exclusively since they installed our heat pump in 2014. On the occasion when we’ve had a service call, they’ve always been prompt and courteous. When our heat pump stopped working on a cold Saturday in January, Ben came out within 45 minutes of our call and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. He had us up and running with heat in no time. We like that they’re a family-run business and know their customers. We can’t imagine using another company.

We had a hot water tank emergency and they found a way to fit us into a busy schedule. On the same day, they installed a hot water heater and expansion tank. I would highly recommend this company. They do excellent work and are very professional.

On July 4th, we lost power. When the power was restored, our furnace fan was damaged due to the violent power surge so we had no air conditioning in the brutal heat. I called Triangle and Josh responded almost immediately after I talked to the answering service. He came out the next morning, had the part ordered and installed the next day. Very professional and courteous at all times. Special thanks to Josh and the office staff at Triangle for a great job! Thank you!

Triangle was very easy to work with on an AC install , made sure I understood everything that was going into my house, and provided excellent on-site support a year later without even charging us because we didn't know that we had to change an air filter. Very happy with my experience with them.

I just want to say Thank You, Ben Balen, he and his technician was at my house today in Heidelberg they were Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Triangle Air Conditioning!! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air and it wasn’t cooling down the house. Kevin came out and had our A/C up & running in less than an hour. He explained our issue and was very knowledgeable. No crazy sales tactics or upselling - I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that!! I’m so happy I found these guys! I’ll definitely be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future!

Thank you Kevin for explaining my heating problem and for the fast and excellent service. I have used Triangle Heating and A/C in the past and they always came through for me . And because of employees like Kevin I will continue to use Triangle in the future for all my heating and A/C needs . These guys truly are amazing. I had 2 other companies in the area come out to take a look at my Arcoaire furnace, and also a family friend who is a licensed contractor before I ran across these guys. And NO ONE could figure out the issue with the system. Not only did they fix it, but they're also the only ones that went out of their way to find out that my unit was actually still under warranty! It turns out, the issue I was having was something that they ran into multiple times in the past. Experience, professionalism, a high level of integrity, and extremely prompt service were all displayed. For that I am grateful!
