Mark just finished installing a garbage disposal. He was on time, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. This is the second time I have used this plumbing service, and I will definitely be a return customer!!!

HVAC failed overnight. Made the call to John Wilcox at 7:15 am, they had a technician there by 8:15 am, and the repair was complete by 9:15 am. Courteous technician too. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience!

Mark came on time and was quick to diagnose the cause of the leak at my moms house. He explained everything and discussed several options for the repair. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I can't be more pleased with the service from Bill Jasper at John Wilcox Plumbing. We had an unexpected leak from our toilet tank and Bill made a special trip to repair it and to resolve an issue that we hadn't picked up on, but which could have been disastrous. They got my furnace working again in relatively short order, and at a very reasonable price. They will be the first company I call for my heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Requested a quote to have a water heater replaced. Response was prompt and Shari was delightful. Did not choose this company because their quote was ~$750 higher than the other contractors I had contacted.

I called John Wilcox plumbing to my home twice in the last 3 years and both times they did an excellent job, were quick to respond and definitely trustworthy in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I was quoted $250-$350 for installation of a refrigerator water line. I was then charged $449 for the job which took only a half hour to complete. They came unprepared to drill through a tile floor and then charged me for purchase of a drill bit which they then decided to keep. I called to inquire about the increased price and was refused a breakdown of the bill while being belittled and talked down to like a child. Find someone else for your plumbing or heating needs.
