Very good guys, received a call a half hour prior to my appointment to inform me that they would be running late (no big deal), they only showed up a few minutes after the appointment window which in my book isn’t that late, but they still had the courtesy to call which I enjoyed. They were very professional in their diagnosis, great to talk to, and explained everything in detail. I had a possible leak investigated, and my furnace readied up for the winter, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’d recommend these guys to anyone in Bridgeville and surrounding areas for their HVAC needs.

Ray and Larry preformed initial tune up service on my steam boiler. They were very professional and polite. John and Larry completed tune up. I highly recommend this company. They provide excellent service at a reasonable price.

Ac stopped working came out that day within a couple hours fixed the issue and had it working within an hour. Great service I recommend them

John Wilcox has installed two HVAC systems for me and maintains the HVAC in my new home. John always provides excellent service. John Wilcox plumbing was great to work with. We had two separate projects that I needed a plumber for and they helped us with both. We got their name from a neighbor we trust.

First, I needed to replace an old 40gallon water heater. We were interested in a tankless water heater. John called me to talk through pros and cons as well as costs. Ultimately it didn’t make sense for us and they came out to install a standard water heater in the same location as the old one about a week later.

The second job was the replacement of an old drum trap and old pipes behind my tub that were causing my tub to drain slowly.

For both jobs the communication was great. I got a text confirming the date and rough time. The plumbers called that morning to confirm their arrival time and parking situation. Before they started they reviewed what they were planning to do. They explained everything and answered all my questions. When they were done they cleaned up and gave me a recap of what they did.

I’d definitely call them for my next job.

John and his team replaced part of our sewer line and replaced our house trap. It was a big job, so we got to meet and interact with several team members and they were all very helpful, professional, skilled, and courteous. The quality of their work was top notch.

I was especially impressed with the process of getting a bid for the job. John was informative and forthright, making our options clear and helping me understand the nature of the problem and potential solutions. This was a breath of fresh air after getting bids from other companies who tried to rush us towards the most expensive route possible.

Awesome experience! Technician was very professional. Explained my options and suggested the best plan of action, which I agreed with as there were cheaper and more expensive options that he also layed out. He gave it to us straight. He was kind to our puppies who barked at him as pups do. I love it when a service provider leaves and you feel good about the job and don’t have to question in your mind if it was a fair deal. It was!

John Wilcox Plumbing was great. John came over originally to walk me through replacing our furnace. He was very thorough on what it would take and my options available and then provided me detailed quotes to think over. He did not try to sell me on anything and was truly talking as if it was his house. Matt and Waleed came on time to install my furnace and were very friendly, fast, and professional. There were no issues and they also installed our new thermostat. Great service all around!

John and Gretchen are absolutely wonderful, and they have a team of amazing folks that work with them. Not only have they installed a new water heater for me, but also recently unclogged a main drain line that seemed nearly impossible. Ryan put everything he had into getting the job done, and I absolutely can't thank him enough! I cannot recommend them enough - wonderful customer service, super professional and knowledgeable, and all around great folks.
