Can’t say enough good things about Wilcox. A few years ago they installed a combination water heater and house boiler that has saved us on heating bills and it’s also much smaller. I appreciate how they laid out all of the other options and didn’t push for a certain type.

But what’s really great is how responsive they are when we have other plumbing issues. They answer the phone right away, and on one occasion rerouted one of their technicians from a less urgent job to our place. Top shelf service.

Great service, very responsive, and honest technicians who came in, explained their work, and didn’t push for any upsells. They had helpful recommendations and the work they did was quick and quality!

We have home business and rental properties, john is always the first guy we call with any of our Hvac or plumbing issues. Always on time and work/price is always great.

Ray arrived ahead of schedule but called first to ask if it was ok to come a little earlier. He was very polite, professional and cleaned up great after he was done. Great service!!

I had a leak at a downstairs faucet - nothing major but it needed to be remedied. I called John Wilcox, left a message & they returned my call quickly and we booked an appointment with one of the service technicians. He showed up on time and repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. There is nothing stressful about working with these guys, from making the call to get an appointment through the time the service tech completes the work.

We recently had a great experience with John Wilcox Plumbing and Heating. During an annual inspection, another HVAC contractor came up with an extensive list of repairs for our air conditioning system that prompted us to consider a replacement. When John came out to quote a new unit, he visually inspected the equipment and stated that he felt that the required repairs may have been inflated. He scheduled a tech to come out to do a more thorough test and inspection and validated that the unit only needed minor repairs, saving us thousands of dollars. It's great to find such an honest company and we'll definitely be using them again as well as recommending them to others.

Got stuck in a bad situation with a leaking water heater on a Friday and an upcoming work trip. John himself actually came to replace my water heater the same day and did a great job with a less than ideal setup in a tight space. Highly recommend for anyone who has water heater Issues!
