Our installers Chris & Wallace we’re exceptional in installing our new system! Professional, respected our home and worked under extreme warm weather! These two are what service is and I can’t thank them enough for working so hard.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Custom Aire. We brought out 5 different companies to quote and we went with Custom Aire. I am thoroughly happy with the service we received. The salesman John was open honest and thorough, he replied during evening hours to emails and calls. We did receive 3 tiers of options for varying efficiency rates of different options we could go with. Working with scheduling and payment with Rosemary was lovely, polite and courteous. The two guys that were here to install our new heating, cooling and thermostats had to think on their feet to problem solve some duct issue and they were efficient, thorough and polite. They were respectful to clean up and walk us through everything they did and how to work everything. They even installed a light so we can see our unit better (it's in a dark corner). We had a great experience start to finish with Custom Aire and would highly recommend them.

Eric just stopped by for our annual Heating Maintenance/Check, and was extremely informative on how things are looking. Next up - AC System Maintenance ahead of the Summer Season.

*After less than ideal AC performance last year, they helped to locate a small leak in a warranty covered part - and we were back in business with a nice cool house for our newborn baby in no time. We just had our AC unit installed by custom aire and I couldn't be happier with the results. They showed up on time and got the job done in the time frame they quoted. The installer Allen was very helpful keeping me informed through the whole process. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Zach was very helpful and taught me how my HVAC system works in the new place I am renting.

The 2 installers were a bunch of stoners, listening to phish all day and using their small screwdrivers to scrape out their resin. I had a heat pump installed. The ductwork they ran was flex and not insulated. Now I'm tearing out walls where they have leaked condensation and grown mold. Also I had a repair guy from this same company come out a yr after install and he noted that the setup/install on the outside unit was not correct and that he was not surprised as he stated the install teams are stoner slackers and only the repair guys have any solid experience.

There was an issue with the system, not the tstat. Your service guy came out and stated the outdoor install was done incorrectly, the problem was not caused by use or age. His words. He also stated the service techs are far more knowledgeable and he wasn't surprised the install team screwed up. Again his words. Not sure why you don't have a record of this repair.

The ductwork in question has been condensing for years. It finally was noticed last year after rusting the metal wire in the flex and leaking to the ceiling.

My concern was not their music taste. Being stoned on the job and not cutting corners is a valid concern. This isn't a hunch. Their was evidence left on site in the house. I don't give a damn if they do it on their time but not mine.

Of course I didn't have a maintenance plan with you. Your installers suck, which is an opinion shared by your own service techs. I had another company service the system.

I have been using custom aire since1997. Custom aire is always professional on time and always does a great job. Joe w has been coming to my house for years now and he's always professional nice and very knowledgeable. Custom aire is my choice for service

I had a new Carrier ductless system installed, Price was competitive, Service was prompt, install crew were neat, clean responsive. System works as expected. Everyone in the office was courteous, professional , friendly. Would recommend without hesitation
