Frank was awesome! I called because my AC was noisy and he was able to come out very quickly to identify what the issue was and repair my unit. While he was here he also took the time to service my system and show me the different parts of the system as well as explain how they work. I will recommend Trustco to everyone I know!

This business was so efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They diagnosed the problem with in 5 minutes. They explained how to correct the issue and recommended something that will extend the life of my through the wall unit for at least 3 to 5 years. They explain in detail what they WERE going to do, what THEY are doing, how they will do the job and the price. We got pictures of what was being done. They were 25 feet up on my deck roof. They are WELCOME BACK

They came out quick and fixed my problem super quick. It was mice that got into my ac unit outside and ate my wires . He put in a steal mesh that should keep them out. He was friendly and a great guy. Thank you Frank for doing what you do. I'm very happy with your service .

Phenomenal work! ✅ Our AC was leaking over the floor on Labor Day and Trustco came out within the hour to help! I am incredibly thankful for their service! Our drip line was clogged and Trustco rerouted the drip line and added a pump. They were eager to help without hesitation when I had a complication and quickly resolved the matter! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is what makes TrustCo the best! I had an issue with my heater where it wasn’t turning on (and it was getting very cold in my house) and Frank came out right away and addressed the problem. While he was there he serviced the unit and ran some tests to help me understand some of the underlying issues with an old HVAC system. Frank reminds of an old school technician that’s very knowledgeable and dependable, which is hard to find these days! Trust in TrustCo

Trustco is great.
I hired them to take care of my rental properties in northeast philly and they did a fantastic job. Honest too. What was great is that I live out of town, and didn't have to worry about anything.

Trustco replaced old HVACs.

The good: Tech keeps appointments, texts ETA, air cond worked all summer; heat seems to work, but winter will tell.

The bad : Permanently smelly house. Whether HVAC is on or off.
10 days after Trustco finished, problems began: gas leak, air leaks, jammed air filter, lawnmower level noise (which even TrustCo said "had to be annoying"), short cycling, moisture seepage, condensation on evaporator coil.

Trustco is responsive, but ineffective. Other HVAC companies looked at this install, then ghosted. One company said the moisture seepage could be because the furnace is not level.

22 years ago I had new HVACs installed. Had ZERO problems until condenser went last year. My old installer doesn't do Philly any more. TrustCo online rating is higher than that old company.

Expensive way to learn online ratings mean nothing. I'm writing this review in my permanently smelly house. I lost 15 pounds from stress.

I was so confident TrustCo was a good choice. Maybe their strength is repairs. YMMV.

once I explained what was going on, Mr Frank Immediately found the problem and fixed it and he recommended I install a safety alarm system.
