Our HVAC stopped working in the middle of the night on a Friday. Not just any Friday, the hottest Friday of the summer! I tried calling 24-hour repair companies in the area and either got no return call or was told they could come out until Monday morning. I called Trustco and not only did somebody answer the phone, but they came right out in under an hour. Fixed our unit and gave us lots of tips for keeping it healthy. The cost was very reasonable. We are going to have them do our HVAC maintenance. Very professional. Highly recommend. Thank you much!

Frank was great! Our heat went out late Friday night but we didnt realize until Saturday morning. We called after our usual guy said he couldn't come and Frank promptly returned our call and was out within 5 minutes because he was in the area. He was honest, professional, and fixed our problem quickly and the price was very reasonable.

Trustco did a great job repairing our very old boiler. They were very professional and courteous. It was a very dirty job, but they didn't mind - they spent the time needed to get it done right. We're definitely having Trustco back to service it yearly, and when the time comes to install a new system, we'll be sure to have them do that too! I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with Trustco. Frank and his assistant fixed and serviced my high efficiency Coleman gas furnace very quickly and at a great price. He also knew that a specific part on my furnace had been recalled, and did all the footwork of checking to see that it was covered under my warranty so that I wouldn't have to pay for the part. He also identified a low gas pressure problem with our supply line from the street, and advised us on how to go about having PGW address this issue. He was also very communicative and responsive to us throughout the whole process. It is nice to know that if I have need of repairs in the future, I know a great company that has my full trust.

My boiler kept going out, so I called Trustco because of their reviews on Google. I called on a Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday). Frank, the owner answered, and scheduled to come to the residence the following day. My system was older than my mother and a repair would have been just a bandaid. Frank discussed his pricing for installing a new boiler. I must admit I was happy with his quote, so much I asked him to start that day. Getting a new gas boiler is far from cheap (especially if you want it done right). I was extremely pleased that Frank didn't take advantage with the cost and provided exceptional service overall!

Frank moved a rooftop AC unit (below the cost he quote me) and then cleaned 2 units as well as did maintenance. Very friendly and reasonable. Highly recommended and will call again for any future HVAC needs.

AC went down on Memorial day so i called Trustco and within 5 minutes after leaving a message Frank called me back and came over that afternoon and replaced the contactor that had burned out and got us up and running. Now that is what I call service ! Frank and Fred came out a few days later and performed a full maintenance service on my system and a replacement of the fan guard on the condenser. If you want an HVAC contractor that is professional, on time, and reasonable don't hesitate to give Frank a call at Trustco.

Frank was super knowledgeable and helpful. He helped figure out a problem and then gave our system a full service. Days later I wanted to tweak part of the system he'd fixed, and he walked me through how to do it over the phone - at no extra charge! I'm a grateful and happy customer, and I know who I'll be calling for my next servicing.

Frank came out the same day that I called about my furnace not working. Quickly found out serveral problems including a gas leak. The next day the entire furnace was ripped out and replaced with a brand new unit which was priced lower than the other companies I had spoken with. Definitely recommend Frank at Trustco for any hvac needs. Quick, reasonable and will go the extra mile

Called frank friday morning because my ac unit broke down; he came to my house first thing the next day and diagnosed the problem. I ended up needing a completely new unit and frank installed it that week; job was done well and fast. I would do business with frank again and would definitely recommend him to others.
