When my heater stop working I was cold and uncomfortable even I had space heater it wasn't enough to keep me warm. Frank came with his helper and he quickly but carefully fixed problem and he charged me reasonable.. No wonder he has all 5 stars rating and many people are happy.

Did a great install of a high efficiency furnace for less than what others wanted for a normal furnace. He did everything we agreed to, even if I said not to worry about it. I had one issue that he followed up on and made it better than good. Very happy, Franks' the man!

Frank was knowledgable and caring. He and his assistant Mark were professionals, but why I'm writing is Frank came back two days later to check to see if we were happy and changed our filters too. Old-fashioned Philly service at its best.

My wife and were referred to Trustco by a neighbor. They showed up the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue and solved it without any hassles. It was a simple fix and was shown how to fix the heater if it happened again, which I thought was super cool since that could easily mean money out of their pocket. I could go on forever, but will simply say that I loved the experience and they will be first on my list should a repair need arise.

What A Relief!
I looked online in search of a heating and air conditioning company that could service my heater and get it ready for the winter months. After reading the reviews about Trustco I decided to give them a call and schedule service. I spoke with Frank and scheduled the service. On the date scheduled he arrived promtly. He told me what the service intailed and asked if I had any previous problems.
I had a previous issue with smelling something that had a sent of smoldering wires and wax. I had no idea that it was parts inside the heater that caught fire and burned. Frank diagnosed the problem and informed me of my options and ultimately what would be best to do should my options not work.
Frank & his parter Ken both presented themselves very professional through out the length of the job. Frank explained the usage details to me so that I could have some idea of how my new system works. I am very pleased with the system. I would definately recommend this team to anyone who is experiencing heating and/or cooling issues.

After several HVAC companies for service of our 2 heat pump systems, we were weary of being told with every visit that we needed different parts and the cost was always in the thousands of dollars.
In despair, we found Trustco Heating & Air on Yelp and we decided to try them. They took their time, patience and research to diagnose our problems, spoke knowledgeably and truthfully and worked efficiently, cleaning up after themselves.
They seem like honest, hardworking, reasonable mechanics with much experience in the HVAC trade. And, we will be happy to be their customers ongoing. We highly recommend them! GOOD JOB, GUYS!!!
