I had Trustco come by and work on my blower fan that was on its last legs and decided to fail right in the middle of a heat wave. Frank, the owner, was responsive, professional, and willing to trouble shoot the blower rather than jumping immediately to installing a replacement. He found faulty wires in two different places and was able to get it working again. If he didn't take the time to investigate the electrical issue, the job could have easily been double the cost. I have construction experience, and being able to hire/work with someone who's punctual and will go the extra mile is worth every penny.

My heater stopped blowing warm air, called an hvac company and got song, dance and games. Got smart and called Trustco. The technician, Frank, arrived in a timely manner, was a total professional. He diagnosed the problem and got to work with the repairs. My heater is working great, its working more efficiently and air flow has increased by at least 40%. when he was done he cleaned his area, explained what repairs he made and showed me before, during, and after photos. I highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs. Frank, job well done!

My heat stopped working at my house, having 2 young kids I was hoping to get it fixed the same day. Frank conveniently came out after I got done work, took the time to explain and show me why the heat stopped working. For a very fair price the heat was up and running again! My central air unit was not working, called Frank Tuesday morning and he came out in the afternoon to look over the system. He was able to find the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour…and he did it at a good price! Our water heater was not working, which meant COLD SHIVERING SHOWERS! Uh, no! I quickly went online and found TRUSTCO. It was 6pm and I spoke with Frank, he was able to come to our home that night and fix the issue in less than an hour and a half. It was a small fix and cost less than purchasing a new water heater. Frank was professional, friendly, and very informative. He was even kind enough to point out our loose duck pipes (which could be very dangerous), and he secured the pipes properly at no additional charge. Needless to say, because of TRUSTCO, I can shower without feeling like I'm about to dip into a bucket of ice! Also, Frank even text me the next morning to make sure our hot water was working! Great service! I now have TRUSTCO on speed dial for any future issues!

Frank and Matt came within 3 hours for a heating repair on a cold January day. The problem was fixed that very day and had heat again before night fall. The cost was about what I was expecting so I believe it was reasonable. Frank explained the issue very clearly and simply for a person like me who has no hvac knowledge. He actually went even further with some basic helpful tips like closing vents restricts air flow and the cheaper filters are better for the system. A recommendation for something cheaper?! You don't hear that often. It's hard to find contractors or repairmen you can trust but I believe I've found a trustworthy hvac company and plan to stick with them. Definitely recommend this company.

We hired Frank to do a very major job that some other heating contractors didn't want to bother with. He split up the heating in a multi unit building that had been on one ancient boiler and installed a new high efficiency boiler, a regular boiler and an hvac system with ac. His price was much more reasonable than the other quotes we got. The work was done quickly, looks great and he planned it all so here would be minimal inconvenience to the tenants living there. We will use him for all future maintenance and would highly recommend him. It was wonderful having somebody trustworthy working on the house, not having to worry about it or check up constantly.

My husband and I moved in to one of my old childhood homes; of which we were not sure if the heater was safe to use due to the age of the furnace. We called trustco and they were able to come out the very next day! Frank and his son arrived and performed a safety check on our furnace for gas leaks and carbon monoxide.
