They came out within an half hour of calling and found the problem right away. had the part on their truck which was great and they finished the job in less then an hour. The unfortunate need for help with our HVAC has twice lead us to TRUSTCO. I am a big DIY fan, and as much as I can, I will do.

The first encounter with TRUSTCO I had a frozen coil. I had called in desperation to many different companies. The only one to respond via phone was TRUSTCO. Not only did they respond but they came out to assess the problem in a timely fashion. For a nominal diagnostic fee I was given not only a direction to work in, but an educational lesson of how to approach the problem. Frank was more than helpful and open in his willingness to assist.

The second time was just today. My condenser fan blew, I was able to diagnose it myself. And, again, in desperation for parts on a 90+degree Sunday morning I called around. And, again, the only one to return my call was TRUSTCO. Frank was there again to assist and direct. Sunday, the day when all HVAC contractors and supply shops are off or closed, I got the materials needed, Frank took the time to give me another important lesson on HVAC, and I continued my travels on the DIY road. I am currently sitting in a cool and comfortable room, much improved from the 88degree heat box my family endured this morning.
