They cleaned up their entire job afterwards leaving nothing behind.

Frank is a true craftsman, honest, and dependable. I called Trustco when I was out of town to fix a heating and air conditioning unit that stopped working. Frank came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it like a true professional. I have called on Trustco for three separate occasions and every time they have delivered and charged me fairly. Arrived when they said they would. Conducted their work in a very professional and personable manner. Did high quality work. Explained everything throughly and made sure I was satisfied with their service. They did all of this at a fair price.

Frank, the owner of TrustCo Heating and Air, answered my first call right away. Being he was in the area, he actually swung by about 10 minutes after we first got off the phone to provide an estimate. He took the time to explain things to us and then gave us a more than fair estimate for the job the same day. Frank and his assistant, Marc, were tremendously professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have numerous animals on the property, but they were more than willing to accommodate my requests to keep certain doors closed, etc. Frank even took the time to cut some of the bricks that lined our landscaping so they would be useful for creating a new boundary for the central air unit outside. They even re-routed some of the lines and wires to the central air unit that ranged across the inside of our garage to allow for more accessibility. It took Frank and Marc two days to complete the entire job and their work was exceptional. Before the new central air unit was installed (our previous unit was from the early 90’s) we didn’t get much cool air upstairs. With this new unit (Coleman) we now have a consistent temperature throughout the home, which made us both EXTREMELY happy. The heater is also Coleman and has a unique feature where, based on the temperature, the unit will decide whether to fire all of the burners or only a few. Again, that was Frank’s recommendation and we are extremely happy with it.

All in all, Frank and Marc did amazing work. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work and the price. We had a few different companies stop by for estimates and no one beat TrustCo’s estimate. And let me tell you, they are worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed.

Frank was extremely helpful in getting my heat pump working again. He came out fast (same day) and was thorough in both evaluating the problem and explaining it to me. He had everything working again within 1.5 hrs and for a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend Frank!

We just moved into a new home and went to use central air for first time. The air was not coming out cold. Trustco identified the issue quickly and did a thorough inspection to see that everything else was functioning properly. Several other items were identified that would have eventually caused additional issues. Had they not been so thorough we would have had more issues we would have to deal with but now I don’t have to worry about that. I would highly recommend Trustco to all
