Really great service and fair pricing. Peter came out and assessed the issue with my unit and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. An issue another company had previously refused to fix and work on. He recommended a great thermostat and installed it and fixed the issue in less than an hour! Everyone on the team was very responsive and polite. I really appreciate your help!

The technician was so efficient and professional. I felt bad for him because he had to work in a crawl space over the garage and that day the temperature was 100 degrees.
He cleaned everything up and you would never know any work was done. Great job well done.

Had to have my entire water heater replaced. Response time from initial complaint of issue to installation of new unit was VERY LONG specially for not having hot water and two babies in the home. However, once the unit was installed, it was great. Friendly technicians, and fast install. The only thing I can say is that they just need to brush up on their response time. Other than that good service.

I called Synergy 3 for a water leak from my hot water heater. Andriy arrived on time, he was kind enough to put booties on his shoes and took his time explaining what was the problem and what needed to be done. He replaced the expansion tank, tested for water leaks and left his work place clean. I would recommend Synergy 3 to other people.

When Andriy arrived at my house he was very friendly . He knew exactly what he should be looking for to solve the problem, and it did not take him very long to actually figure out what the issue was . He was very quick and neat . his communication was great . and im extremely satisfied with his performance.

Your representative is a very good representative for your company also we had gas leaks in our house so he fixed the leaks but thank you all so much for your services and your representative that you had that came out to fix the pipes he's a keeper you need someone like that to represent your company God bless you all

Ed and Artem were friendly, professional, and efficient. Removed my ancient gas furnace and installed the new one. I could not be happier with the company or the product.
