Our heating/AC system shut down because of age. We called Custom Aire and within a week we had a new heating/AC system plus a new water heater installed. Since the weather is getting on the warm side and we have allergies, they loaned us a window unit until the new system was installed. Prompt, friendly and expert service done and the repair guys are doggie friendly as well. Would hire this company again.

Custom Aire provided excellent service to me when my heater stopped working on Thanksgiving Day. Jon Keppol came out and quickly evaluated my heat pump to determine the malfunction. He was able to get my system running temporarily, ordered the part, and scheduled a return visit. The office worked with me for scheduling to arrange a rush on the part and for my father to be there during the appointment. I am so thankful for Custom Aire and will recommend them to my friends and family!

I have been dealing with Custom Aire since the 70's. I moved to Bucks county and have continued to use them for maintaining my system. Early this year I purchased a complete system and from sales to installation everything was super. Great people to do business with!

I spoke with Eric and he helped me out to pick the right whole home dehumidifier for my home that will run through my ductwork. We set an appointment for next week and he was very professional during the proposal process. He is very prompt on your requests and is knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to speak with and provides excellent customer service. I am looking forward to get rid of my excess humidity and not have to deal with portable units that are loud and not having to empty buckets.

James Crossley has been to our home many times for yearly maintenance and repair. He is very friendly, helpful and always is ready to answer our questions. He gets the job done and is extremely courteous. We have 2 favorite service men from Custom Aire and he is one of them.

Update: The response below from the owner is the ONLY response I have received from the company regarding my issue. He has made zero effort to respond directly to any of my calls or e-mails to discuss the situation. At this point, he has still overcharged my credit card for nearly $300 and has not responded to me, the BBB, or PA Office of the Attorney General regarding the situation. I absolutely do not recommend them under any circumstance - bad repair advice and deceptive billing.

They receive 1-star for promptness (showed up the same day I called) and no stars for anything else. Their tech recommended a $2400 repair to get my AC working AND he stated it would take several days to get the parts prior to being able to repair it. I called a 2nd company which diagnosed only a small repair (replacement of capacitor). This 2nd company then fixed my AC the same day for $175. To make it worse, Custom Aire is also trying to charge $400 for the diagnostic visit instead of just a normal $85 visit charge, which is all I had agreed to. I do not recommend them - incorrect diagnosis and hidden charges.

I hired them to install duct and AC/heat pump. They did a good job. Reasonable price. The sale's person and installers are great and professional. Glad I used them.

Custom Aire’s Customer Service representatives Katey & Shonda were very cordial, professional and genuinely wanted to help with my AC service concerns & maintenance package questions. Technicians Jeff & Kevin came on time & provided excellent work! They were both professional, quick, neat & clean in their work and wanted to address all my concerns! I highly recommend using Custom Aire for any AC needs!
