Custom Aire is an exceptional Company with exceptional people! I have been a long time customer and every interaction with the entire team has been excellent. My water heater died, and Jessica, who is amazing, immediately facilitated everything, and I was able to get a new water heater installed the same day. James Carr installed the water heater, and he was terrific. He was knowledgeable, talented, prompt and kind. I am very grateful, and would recommend Customer Aire without reservation.

I've been using Custom Aire for over a dozen years and have enjoyed fairly consistent service. I had a new unit installed ten years ago and have used their yearly spring/fall maintenance contracts. The service techs coming out have always been a pleasure to work with, including my most recent experience with Matthew Gallagher. He calls to let me know he is minutes away and shows up on time. Clad in booties and a mask, Matt was personable and polite and even talked to my kitties. He was thorough with the maintenance and I felt very comfortable. Jessica followed through after the visit and helpfully addressed issues I had with a new contract. She is always pleasant and helpful. As for cost, a bit on the high side but reliable and easy to schedule an appointment.

Had a new Carrier Heater and AC unit installed by Custom Aire. Joe and Greg did a very professional install. Their work was immaculate. They cleaned up when they were finished and took away all the debris. They explained every facet of the job and showed me how to work the system before they left.

Taking all things into consideration, he recommended a larger unit. They worked with me in regards to my budget and installed the unit without any issues.
