Eric and the team at Customaire are great to work with. If there is an issue I can call or email and they get right back to me; and service is scheduled within a day. Eric responded to my emails in real time and answered all my questions. Technician arrived and gave quick assessment, then quote was delivered same day as the tech visit. Very much on top of all aspects of service and scheduling!

A/C went down. Called at 8:05am on Wednesday August 11, 2021 told someone would come in the afternoon. A little while later got a call from Tyler that he could come that morning. Tyler came and diagnosed the problem. Told us the part would take about 10 days to get. While he was still at the house got a call back that they found the part and it would take about 4 days. The following Monday someone from the office delivered the part to my house while Tyler was doing other calls. He arrived shortly afterwards and had the A/C up and running in another hour. Have found that the office and technicians are great to work with and always nice.

I been a customer for over 30 years and have never been disappointed very professionally

I have been using Custom Aire for the past 9 years to service 2 HVAC systems at my home in Center City. Through a maintenance agreement, they have performed twice-a-year maintenance and have frequently caught problems with my systems before they turned into heat or AC disasters in the winter or summer. Most recently, they fully replaced my 2 aging HVAC systems (new Carrier furnaces and ACs) over the course of 1 week. They were beyond processional, going above and beyond what I expected and I am very pleased with the work they did. Over the years, we have also used them for duct and dryer vent cleaning and have been happy with both. While I imagine you could find less expensive service elsewhere, they are certainly worth the price.

I am a long time customer of Custom Aire, and every time I think they cannot top themselves, they do. It starts with Jessica, who is without fail helpful, knowledgeable and generous with her time, patience and care. I have also had the privilege to interact with Stephen, who always is so warm and takes the time to listen and assist me with any issues that arise. Today, Jon came to service my heating system, and as always, he does everything with exquisite skill, expertise, and care. The Entire Custom Aire Team Are True Stars⭐️

James C. was our technician. He diagnosed our problem and ordered the necessary parts for our AC. He returned the next day and quickly repaired the damage and checked for any leaks or additional problems. He was very professional and thorough. We were his last stop on the second day but he made sure our AC was up and running before he left. He has serviced our system before and always does a professional job.

First let me say that when Carl Schneider opened Custom Aire, he did it with the best intentions and genuine respect and care of his employees and customers. Then he retired and Rob took over with no Hvac or business management experience and is continuously driving the business into the ground and losing respect along the way. It's like Rob's piggy bank as that is all he cares about is money and getting a new car every few months but will not put anything into the business or his employees. Unfortunately for Rob, you do not have to take my word for it as he has done this with every former employee and every supply house he has ever worked with. There was only one supplier that was willing to work with Rob and Custom Aire and even they were calling 4 times a week to try to get the money they were owed from Custom Aire. Go somewhere else for hvac services and employment as they will not even pay you the time you earned by never calling out.

Eric Cake was extremely knowledgeable about information to improve the air quality in my home. He was friendly and patient with all of my questions. In no time I received an email with everything we discussed and pricing information. It was so refreshing to speak with someone at a business whose concern was sincere.

I called Custom Aire about 9 AM on the hottest Saturday so far this year because the fan in my outside heat pump was not rotating and I had no air conditioning. By 11 AM John K was at my home and determined that the condenser was not functioning, he replaced it, and topped off the refrigerant level. I'm very thankful John came out on a weekend. Both John and the lady I spoke to in the office were helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

I recently called Custom Aire to request service for my Air Conditioner and I was assisted with this request by Jessica. I want to say that she could not have been more courteous, efficient, and helpful to me. She answered all my questions very kindly and made sure that I had all the information required concerning this service. I truly appreciate Custom Aire having an employee with such great customer service skills. Thank you very much.
