The service manager, Mike, is incredibly helpful. I called in with no air conditioning the other day. The office staff is always friendly and the service department got my air up and working the same day.

My air conditioning system broke down and Custom Aire, as always, was right there for me. Jessica is always Amazing! Responsive! and Gracious! and she set everything up for me. Matthew Gallegher is Terrific! and he did the repair. He was skillful, careful, precise, and kind. I am forever grateful for Custom Aire and their spectacular team.

I don't normally write review for services. However, Custome Aire, with the upmost professional services and great product knowledge and skills, they deserve an honest glowing review.
They replaced my furnace and hot water heater in a timely and professional manner. And believe me, my old units were a struggle to remove but they never once complained.
They worked diligently and neatly and follow all the Covid protocol. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

The guys were great. They showed up on time and got to work. They took their time and made sure everything was installed properly. The price wasn’t the cheapest but we feel great about the service and quality. Would absolutely use them again.

Jon is smart, knowledgeable, kind, funny, and a master diagnostician. Additionally, the Service Manager, Mr. James Carr is fantastic, and he cares about his customers and his team.

I've been doing business with Custom Aire for about 13 years now. I purchased a full unit from them and it was a very pleasant experience, from sales to installation. I still currently use them for seasonal maintenance and their technicians (especially Jon, he's superb!) and customer service are top-notch. I would recommend Custom Aire to anyone.

Custom Aire has served my home in Center City Philadelphia for more than 10 years. We are on our third multi-year service contract. The office staff is highly professional; easy to place a request, do follow up and close out the job.
It's not fun for staff to deal with I-95 traffic and the shortage of parking spaces. A number of service providers won't work in Center City any more. Custom Aire techs show up with a smile and a sense of humor regardless of what they might have experienced before getting to my house.
The improved use of technology has been a nice addition.
It's Sept 8 and we're set for the Winter.

I have been using Custom Aire for several years , with a service agreement on a system that they did not install. All of the techs have been professional , helpful and informaative.The last Tech who was out Joseph W. had to tell me that his recommendation was for a new unit. My Outdoor unit had no coolant, and that what it would cost to fill, check for leeks, repair and refill would be costly, and there wouldn't be any guarantee that that couldn't be more leeks. The older coolant is getting more expensive, and is not a covered by the service agreement. Again he was professional, personable and informative. Dan M. from sales was out as soon as he could be, went over our options, gave me a quote, set a date and was even able to have the service agreement I wouldn't need for the failed system credited. Over two days Tom M. and Tony W. the installation team removed my old system, a humidifier I would no longer be using and installed the new system. Tom answering all of my questions, most due to bad experiences with another company, and making sure I was familiar with all of the new equipment..Tony not only put up with but liked my over protective Wheaten terrier, and laughed the entire time he put the thermostat in while entertaining my dog. . The house was spotless each day when they left, and the new equipment is immaculate and running Great, could not have been finished at a better time, that day and the next were humid with the temps climbing, the look of Pure Joy on My Wife's face when she came home to a cool house made my day. Yes it was a long post, but they EARNED every word. You will get a professional job, fair price and quality products and customer service with Custom Aire.

We had a great first experience with Custom Aire, and our technician, Tyler, in particular! Our AC in our new house failed during a heat wave, and Tyler was at our house within the hour. He not only diagnosed and fixed the problem with ease, but took the time to explain what he was doing to my partner and I, two new home owners who want and need to learn more about HVAC systems. He answered our questions and explained both the problem and the basics of HVAC systems. Tyler was also incredibly patient and understanding with our dog, a rescue who is not good with strangers in the house. Many thanks to Tyler and to Custom Aire for great service all around.
