Custom Aire is a quality business with quality work. Their services are professional and timely. They installed ductless units in our home and have periodically provided maintenance. In particular, Zack was friendly, informative and helpful during our most recent call for service.

We have done business with Custom Air for more than ten years. We upgraded our hot water heating system from oil to gas. A Buderus boiler was recommended along with a Bradford water heater, both quality equipment. A few years later we added a Hudson-Reed radiator to the kitchen. The service technicians, most recently Zach, are very professional and thorough. With temperatures tonight near zero and a well heated home, we are very grateful to do business with Custom Aire.

After the purchase of a new home two years ago and sorting through several reviews to select the best company to service our new equipment, we decided on Custom Aire and thus far it has proven to be the correct choice. Our first experience with the company was with Brandon Arnold when he performed our initial system check and tune up. He arrived on time as scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable about his work and the services offered by the company. Most importantly, he was honest. When it comes to selecting a HVAC company, it's not an easy decision but I can say for sure that Custom Aire is the way to go and if you are lucky enough to have Brandon be your technician you will be 110% satisfied. Came next day to do duct work repair. Of all the HVAC companies I called Custom Aire was the ONLY one to answer the call without leaving a message. Their service techs did a great job. Will choose them again for any future ac or heating service. Magnificent work & customer service.

I highly recommend Custom-Aire, Inc. for all your HVAC needs. HVAC Technicians Tony and Tyler from Custom Aire, Inc. were punctual, well-mannered and provided the highest quality of work. It was neat and professional. They installed a Carrier 96.5% efficiency 100,000 BTU furnace and a Bradford White 75 gal. power vent natural gas hot water heater (HWH) for a very reasonable price in my home. They laid down canvas drop cloths from my front door to the work area and cleaned up thoroughly. They answered all my questions and explained the final paperwork in detail to me, checking off items as they went, before I signed. Having a mechanical engineer degree makes me very critical of who I choose to do work on my house. I always obtain at least 5 quotes and do not always choose the lowest price. I also want to mention that Mike Wieczorek can help you with financing options.

The 24 year old in June Bradford White 75 gal. HWH above was not an easy removal. Yes, you have read it correctly, 24 years old. I was very lucky and when my furnace failed, I figured it was wise to replace the HWH. Tyler opened up the drain valve and said, “that has never happened to me before”. No water was flowing from the open valve (24 years of accrued sediment). Tony and Tyler did not get frustrated, but brainstormed and with a lot of muscle were able to tilt the HWH and remove the water safely from the top ¾” copper pipe. Their vacuum pump was able to remove some water prior to tilting the HWH. Tony made a call to his sheet metal guy for the furnace duct transitions which arrived quickly and fit perfectly. He also installed an in-line light fixture into the 1/2" steel conduit which I thought was a great idea. I will use it when I change my air filter or humidifier filter or set the humidifier %.

The next day, Tom and Mike from Custom-Aire, Inc. installed a Bradford White 40 gal. conventional vent natural gas HWH at my rental property with the same level of service provided above.

Russ was great! He was very professional. He explained why the heater was not running efficiently and was very courteous! I would highly recommend Russ and Custom Aire.

Zach O was very thorough and made great recommendations about our older unit and the newer unit. He was punctual and professional and pleasant.

Mike with Custom Aire is the man!! He got my AC back up and running after the unit broke down last evening. Why is it always the hot and muggy days this happens?! Anyway, Mike was very knowledgeable and found the problem almost immediately. He had the part in his truck and fixed the unit on the spot! I’ve been using this company for over 13 years and I always receive good service. They are professional and reliable. As far as their fees and rates , they are definitely fair with their prices.
