Jeremy got my furnace working on the coldest day of the year. My pregnant wife and I were very thankful. The roads where ice and Jeremy came and fixed our issue.

AC crashed in our new home just prior to the record setting heat wave. They actually answered the phone and made time to fit me in for a diagnosis/repair. They could've doubled their rate and I still would've paid, but they didn't.
Jacob was on time and fixed the issue, we also signed up for a maintenance appointment to ensure we get AHEAD of any problems in the future.

Really 2 separate grades averaging to a 4 star. Brand new house had ac quit on hottest day of the year.... They were there on a Saturday and fit me in their schedule.
Second experience was an ac maintenance appt. Still professional, on time, etc. But this time at the end there was puddling occurring. Call them up and they come back next day. Apparently a simple pump had broke, they happily fixed it and told me it was 195...part price only. I researched the part and quickly found it for 89 bucks at Lowes.
I'm hesitant in 2 ways.... First, the part breaking the same day as the service, and second, their more than double price to fix it... 'free of labor

We purchased a house built in 1965 with a master suite added in the 1990s. There had been no maintenance on the heating/cooling system for years. Western Heating & Cooling assessed what was needed, explained our options, scheduled the needed replacements and repairs, and our house is now warm and comfortable. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, arrived on time and cleaned up prior to their leaving. We could not be happier with their work and have signed up for their maintenance program. Thanks to Doug, Jeremy and all the staff!

I had a very positive experience with Western Heating & Cooling. I needed a furnace tune up and to have a gas line to an old dryer capped off. First, setting an appointment was easy and they sent me an appointment reminder the day before and a text when the technician was on their way. Fortunately, they sent Nate - who was great! He closely inspected all the furnace parts and made sure everything was in peak operation. I've never had a technician that gave our furnace that much care! He also capped off an old dryer gas line and removed all the pipping and debris from the project so I didn't have to deal with it later. I will be using Western Heating & Cooling again and I recommend that you give them a call too.

Jeremy and David were very knowledgeable of the products they were installing and were able to answer any questions we had. They were kind, courteous, and funny. They explained what they had done and why. No questions went unanswered. We will continue to use Western Heating and Cooling for all maintenance on our great new furnace and AC and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Our builder installed our ducting incorrectly so we did not get heat and air conditioning to certain parts of the house. They arrived on time and did great work. They are so nice and do fantastic work. Highly recommend.

Randy came out and gave us a estimate the knowledge he has about air conditioner and heating is spectacular. He also came out with Jeremy and did the installation let me tell you they are two awesome guys! they where on time and they did a great job the level of workmanship and service was 100% satisfaction we would recommend this company to anyone who wants great customer service and quality workmanship + equipment we are very happy with our choice thanks again guys for the awesome service oh and the ladies in the office thank you!!

An overall great experience from working with Randy for a review of my needs and estimate of the work, scheduling the install date with the office staff, and the onsite work performed by Jeremy and team. They were on time, courteous, explained my new system to me and left the work area spotless.

Jeremy and David from Western Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job on my AC install. They were on time and very helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions. What I thought would be an all day job turned out to only be a few hours. Great job!!!

Western Heating you guys are the best. You're installers were on time and very professional and knowledgeable. Install was very fast and efficient. I absolutely love this new ductless system. It is so much better than my old pellet stove. Thanks Jeremy and Doug!
