Absolutely satisfied with Erik and his work and knowledge. Showed up to repair a part that a previous local company said needed replaced. Before replacing the part, that he sourced within a day of contacting him, he wanted to check it out for himself. Needless to say the part that was said needing to be replaced by the previous local heating company was not the culprit of our no heat. He was able to get the furnace to work another day while he sourced the actual part needed. Two days later we’re able to put the space heaters away and enjoy our warm home once again. His timely response, which I’ve learned is not always the case this time of year by other heating repair companies, his knowledge to quickly and decisively find what actually needed repaired, his friendly demeanor and his ability to get the parts needed within a day, puts him as my go to in all my future heating and cooling needs.

Eric fixed a few leaks that we had in our gas fireplace, as well as our gas furnace. He was very responsive, communicate, and knowledgeable of the systems he was repairing. Recommended!

Erick showed up on time, after hours on a same day request in December. He repaired/serviced the heating unit quickly and efficiently. He was the only business willing to do a same day service for my landlord across the country! Our household gives an enormous thank you for restoring the warmth. Eric was great. Made us feel comfortable with our decisions, gave us detailed information we needed, he was quick, and efficient. He replaced both the furnace
and the AC unit. He also installed a airscrubber and gave some great referrals for HVAC cleaning. Very happy with our service. Also better prices than others in the area.

Erik is always so quick to respond, and does quality work as well as explaining the process for future reference! I have a large furnace in a tiny house and it took quite a bit of patient disassembly/assembly, which he did a wonderful job with. Very professional, absolutely would recommend!

I called 3 different local companies because are heater stopped working. He came out on a Saturday to figure out what was wrong with it! Diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate of what it will cost to fix and offered to do a temporary fix so we could have heat until the part came! I am glad we went with him I prefer to support small local business! He did not say we needed to get a whole new system either which I know eventually we will need to get!
