Doug from Western was excellent.
The bathroom fan vents came down in our attic space. We are selling our house and it needed to be repaired.
It was a difficult space and Doug got in there and fixed it.
It was a great relief to us that this was able to be fixed.

We had a new gas furnace and air conditioning system installed in February 2023. From our initial contact with the office, sales rep, all 5 installers as well as the owner. Everything went great, on time all work completed in one business day. As a small business owner myself, Western heating was referred to me by one of my customers and I can see why from my initial statement. KEEP IT LOCAL!

I had these folks out three times. After twelve hundred dollars paid to them, I still have no heat. I admit it was several months ago but they have no or very few records!!! How can that be???
I was/ am going through a divorce and am now able to move forward on a new furnace. I understand that they cannot do anything without out yet another visit ( and another fee??) but they seemed to not give a darn about how much I have already paid, on a fixed budget. Where is customer service??? Heartbreaking for us seniors!!!

Great job! Very happy with the new system. 3 great guys; David Hodges, Josh Peck, and Jeremy Ridenour. Very safety oriented, knowledgeable, and very clean in their work area. Went through the whole setup an made sure i understood everything. Still haven't received a bill as of yet, so that is a little concerning because i did the wells fargo route. Thanks again for the great experience.

Western Heating installed a new furnace for me today and I am glad I opted to go with this company. They were courteous, informative, professional, on time, always in communication to keep me updated on next steps, squeezed me into their schedule to get my heat up and running again, and answered all questions.
