My elderly father had broken his hip and they had wood heat and AC window units in their home. It was time to get an heating and cooling system installed. This team came out to their house knowing it would be an almost impossible job and probably one of their most difficult due to the age of the house, limited access to the attic, and other difficulties. However, this team came in and professionally installed the entire heating and cooling system. They were very detailed, kind, understanding and just amazing. They cleaned up and were very informative about the new system teaching my elderly parents on how to use it. Pricing was more than fair and was the best service I have ever experienced! It has been a year and the system runs beautiful. We are so grateful for their service and helping us give our parents a piece of mind. I highly recommend this company!

They were so quick it was amazing, I was warned it may be awhile before anyone can come see me, I contacted Western Heating, they had a technician out within 2 hours and had my part fixed and working today! Very quick, honest people. I highly recommend them!

They have a good team of workers. They all wore masks, came on time, were professional, informed me what they were doing, made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat and how to change the filter and what to expect with my new system. Prior to the appointment I had text and email reminders of when they would be at my house. Had the paperwork for the PUD rebate ready and would send in for me. Would recommend them.

Western helped us keep our furnace limping a long as far as we could and when it was time to replace it, they gave us a reasonable, no pressure quote with no surprises. The install team was friendly and quick and did an amazing job with a tidy space left behind. The office staff is friendly, responsive and super knowledgeable. No complaints from these happy homeowners!

Experience was very good from the sales/bid process through installation. I was looking for a high quality America made product and American Standard is that product. Communication was excellent throughout the process as well. When installation was complete my home was cleaner than when they started. Highly recommended Western Heating and Cooling.

They arrived early on a scorching hot day and installed a heat pump in place of a 20-year-old system that was on its last legs. They were very quick and did a great job. Very happy.
