David and Jeremy came out for the install and did a great job putting everything in and explaining how it works. They also cleaned up every bit of packaging and scrap afterwards, which I appreciate. Nice guys, very pleased with my new AC—highly recommend.

My central air conditioner stopped working suddenly and I needed it repaired asap before the heat wave. I called many places and Kayla at Western Heating and Cooling was the only one able to get me in next day! Jacob was my technician. He was here on-time and able to locate the issue with the furnace and fix my system. He explained everything super-clearly and also recommended that I check with an electrician for the wiring from the circuit box to the furnace because that could be an issue. He was so helpful and saved the day! I really can't thank him and Western Heating & Cooling enough!

Our heat pump was destroyed by mice. We had to wait along time for the replacement to come in do to supply chain issues. Two days after it arrived they were out and installed it. They were professional and efficient and gave us a great discount for our inconvenience.

I have used Western Heating & Cooling for several years. I had an old system that I should have replaced years ago however in an effort to save money I continued to put a band aid on the system. It never failed the system went down when it was very hot or cold. Each time they typically were at my house the same day and solved the issue. I finally replaced my heating and cooling system. The process of picking a system and getting different price option was much appreciated. The day of the installation Jeremy and Doug did an amazing Job. I will be using them for years to come and can not say enough good things.

My service technician Jacob was great, he was fast, knowledgeable, explained all the different things he was checking and why, was even able to squeeze me in a day earlier to get my AC unit up and running, which in the long run saved me a ton of stress.

Great guys! Ran into a minor issue with the wiring that was quickly mitigated. Very impressed with the job. My house was 51 degrees this morning. Now it's on its way up to a nice warm temperature. I'm very happy.
