From making the appointment to completing the tune up this company has been amazing. Technician that came out Tavyn was very professional and knowledgeable. He noticed a problem unrelated to the scheduled work but still took pictures and sent it to the office for an estimate. I highly recommend this company they have great reviews because they do great work and have great staff.

Jeremy and Dakota came out yesterday to install our new furnace and AC. They were on time, courteous and worked quickly. In the end Jeremy walked me through the work that was completed and explained how the thermostat worked and how to clean the filters in the furnace. We are very impressed with Western. The whole process was easy and stress free.

Called early Monday as our system went down. Repairman Josh was on time that same Monday, ran diagnostics, figured out issues, recommended options, made the repairs and explained things thoroughly. Very professional yet personable. Truck was stocked with needed part so everything was completed in one visit. Will definitely continue using Western.

Jeremy Ridenour and crew did a wonderful job replacing our old furnace with a new one and an air conditioner. Jeremy helped with the setting up the connection and operation with the American Standard app.
We have used Western Heating & Cooling for many years, so we were not hesitant on using them to replace our old system.

Our furnace went out over 2 weeks ago. And because it is during a peak time for this type of work. Western Heating was able to send a service rep out the same week we called. Todd not only diagnosed the issue, but was professional, honest and curtiuos! He explained all of our options, gave us his his honost opinion on all of our questions and never made us feel like we were being pressured in one direction or the other.

From first contact to job done, WH&C was nothing but professional and helpful. Our install was not easy, the previous owners built walls around the furnace making upgrade very difficult. They got the new system in and it works great and looks great! The two installers were great at getting things done, the boss even showed up to help do clean up work!
