Exactly what we ordered

Experienced installers who knew what they were doing. They were on time, worked carefully and as a coordinated team. Each had a role and carried it out in a professional manner. They were courteous to us and to each other. They explained the system, reviewed paperwork had us install the app for the thermostat while they were there and walked us through it.They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves (even when I offered to do it).We enjoyed working with these young men and would recommend their service without reservation.

Jacob did an excellent job fixing our cooling system. He knew exactly what was needed. and replaced it.

Western Heating and Cooling has been installing and maintaining AC equipment in our home over the last 15 years. Each time they perform the installation and perform their scheduled maintenance results were perfect. In addition the company has saved me quite a bit of money by checking warranties even after they initially thought they had expired. I know of no other company that does check. Consequently, I highly recommend this company and no that you would not be disappointed.

Our furnace broke and the part we needed was not available anywhere & after hours - Darcy was awesome and came out at night just to get us the part! Highly recommend!

Stopped by the office and requested an estimate on an electronic air filter replacement shortly before Christmas 2022. Estimator came within 2-3 days; he was knowledgeable and considerate of our budget for this repair. We ended up choosing a new filter box to hold a 5 in. MERV 13 filter rather than the more expensive electronic filter. I appreciated that the estimator did not pressure us to buy the highest end solution; the filter box by itself was not inexpensive.

Jeremy from WH&C came the week after the estimate and installed the filter box. He showed up with all of the tools needed, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself. The solution is working well; dust is noticeably reduced in the house.

I'm impressed and will ask them to quote again when we decide to upgrade our old oil furnace.

David And Jeremy did a great job on the installation and clean up afterward. They were very friendly and courteous. Doug was his normal professional self. I have always appreciated his professionalism and the amazing attention to detail in his work. His knowledge about the products he sells and installs is over the top perfect.
