These guys are great. Replaced my split A/C system with an updated heat pump system. Estimate was easy, quote was reasonable. Communication was seamless. Showed up on time with proper equipment. In summary, we had a great experience in estimation, communication and installation with Western Heating and Cooling who replaced our furnace and air-conditioning about 18 months ago. Since then we had a couple of small issues with the furnace and the company is always quick to send someone to take a look and take care of us. We feel that we are in good hands! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

- The installation crew arrived on time, was professional, recycled the old furnace and air-conditioning unit and left everything clean.
- The company installed an "American Standard" furnace for us, which, to quote one of the technicians: "the best on the market - not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for." And so far this holds true, the furnace is working well for us.
- The company takes responsibility for the equipment that they've installed for us. They are quick to send a technician over to examine the equipment when we call them with an issue or a question. Fortunately this is a very infrequent occurrence, but we feel that we are in good hands when we need help!

This purchase of our furnace and air conditioner was a good experience from start to finish. Everyone we had contact with, from the office to the installers, were very nice, professional, exceeding our expectations. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Randy was our sales person, and Todd, Doug and Jeremy did the install. We were very happy with all of them. Todd and Doug discovered a duct that was disconnected and went under the house to fix it for us. Service way above and beyond the norm. Their pricing was competitive and American Standard equipment is a top rated system. You can't go wrong with this business.

Michael arrived on time, was professional and thorough. We were so pleased that we signed up for the annual maintenance plan. I highly recommend this company for installation and service of all furnace, heat pump and air conditioner products.

I first started using Western Heating and Cooling when I had a Groupon for service for my furnace. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. Over the years I have used them to replace a former furnace and to repair my air conditioner. This time I had them replace the air conditioner and furnace. The A-Team of Jeremy, Josh and David all texted me to let me know they were on the way. They worked in 28 degree weather and did a great job. They cleaned up well afterwards and explained how to clean the filters. They also changed out a couple of my shop lights for which I was very grateful. I had asked Francisco, who had earlier made the assessment for my needs, if the company ever installed shutoff equipment for the gas in case of an earthquake. Francisco said they didn't but he went the extra mile and researched it and the A-Team installed it for me. Jeremy showed me how that worked as well. The office staff has also always been great to work with. This company is my go-to for my heating and air conditioning needs.

The communication was very good. Reminders of the planned day and very responsive to questions. The installers arrived on time and got our units installed quickly and the electricians were right behind to finish it out. Everyone was very respectful and we love our new system!

I used Western for maintaining my HVAC system and was very pleased with their work. However they did recommend that I purchase a new system as the old one was not reliable. We took their advice and bought a new system. We couldn’t be happier the efficiency of the new unit along with the reliability gives us peace of mind.
