Replaced the heater and air conditioning units. Used American Standard equipment, and did a fine job. Western Heating and Cooling has used the highest standards From their office staff to their to their service staff. They are very helpful with product information, and follow-up contact e-mails. They were on time for the appointment, and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Wester Heating & Cooling.

The fact that Western Heating and Cooling has an almost perfect score on google is no error. These guys rock!

They've installed an A/C for me in the past and just recently installed a new heater and A/C on a different property (and even brought a chimney issue up to code).

I trust them because they are candid with their recommendations and options, and quick to get the work done. At no point have I ever been concerned that they would drop the ball.

Had a problem with our thermostat. Called and they were here the same day. Fixed the problem & recommended annual Tune-up to both systems. Since already here, they did the Tune-up on the furnace so now it is ready for winter. Very personable, professional, competent Technician

Jeremy & Doug were out here first thing in the morning and got right on the installation. Doug explained the placement of the heat pump for better esthetic and efficiency. They were very professional and informative. Great job well done

What a great experience the guy's were, very thoughtful, making sure we understood everything they installed before leaving. We're told it be 8 hour's but it was closer to 4.6 hour's. I'd highly recommend them .

Let me tell you about my experience. Randy did an amazing job answering all our questions during the consultation. The two ladies i talked to in the office for scheduling and payments were friendly and helpful. Now these installers. Felt like an army putting this unit in! Everyone was super nice, friendly, would explain every step of the way if I asked. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with for the future of my heating and cooling needs!

Called to schedule a repair call as our heating was needing to be reset to get it to turn on and run the heat. When I called they booked me for a few days out but said they’d check with technicians in the field to see if anyone was able to come earlier. Got a call back within 15 mins and someone was able to come take a look that same day and able to fix the simple issue for us as well as provide some good tips to keep the furnace running well! Thanks again!
