    My experience with Accuair Heating and Cooling was great. From the office staff through the install they were professional and personable. Michael and Shane came to give me the bid for services on time explained everything and clearly stated the time line for getting it done. The installation was done by a competent crew of Alex and Emmett. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who worked with Alex to install the gas line to my range, fireplace, and bbq. But they did a wonderful job also. We will recommend and utilize your services in the future.

    Michael was our technician today. He did an outstanding job servicing our heating system. Today was our first experience using AccuAir, and we will be repeat customers due to Michael’s ability to better explain how our system works, help us make informed decisions about an Air Scrubber and servicing our system.     When I called to set up an appointment Victoria was friendly and helpful in scheduling an appointment. They were able to schedule an appointment the same day, which was a huge relief. The technician (Tyler) was knowledgeable and helpful when answering my questions and explaining how things worked. I’m a repeat customer and happy with the service I’ve received each time, and look forward to working with them in the future for any heating/cooling issues. Well done - I couldn’t be more pleased.

    AccuAir is forever my go to source for heating and cooling needs. My experience with scheduling (Shawn I believe) was the best I have experienced with any customer service anywhere. They were so friendly and personal when I called and gave me the details of the appointment in the most polite fashion. They even called to ASK me if I would like to receive service towards the end of the day to get me in a few days sooner. My technician (Michael Dixon) was an even better experience. He was very kind, friendly, and explained the process to me in understandable terms. I felt he was really honest with me. He was personal yet professional throughout his visit to our home. The best technician I have experienced in any field. Thank you Mike, Shawn, and the whole AccuAir team!

    I had the BEST experience with AccuAir! Abbie, Mike, and Richard were all very nice and extremely professional. They took care of the permit, coordinated installation with an electrician and scheduled my inspection. They even filed an Energy Trust rebate for me saving me over half of my total costs! I believe the electricians were with Gowdy Bros and they were quick and efficient. The inspector, Ramon, was on time and very pleasant to work with. I even got a Thank You card from the team, although I feel like I should have been the one sending them a card. Overall, just an amazing experience and my home is so comfortable with my upgraded unit. I couldn't be a happier customer. Thank you!

    The office last was very professional and scheduled our appt a week out. The service tech, Mason, was punctual to the minute. He service ounit and was very knowledgeable in what was needed abs he explained it in a way that I wasable to understand. That is a plus. Very happy with this company all around. That is why I have them 5 stats.

    I want to express my most sincere thanks to technician Nathan for working several days..including a Sunday in trying to restore the AC system in a house our family rented at Tournament Lane 18 in Sunriver, OR. Without his assistance my wife, daughter and two grandchildren, ages 10 and 16, would have suffered terribly in a house with temperature reaching 88-90 degrees during those very hot days and night in late July and early August. His work was extra difficult having to get approval from the rental company agency..and home owner.. with each change required to get this system running continuously and not shutting down every 45 minutes. Thanks Nathan for your concern for us and working until this job was complete.

    I have used Accu-Air several times over the last few years to install brand new units - A/C at my house and a new efficient furnace at a duplex I manage - and for maintenance. They are incredibly professional and wonderful to work with, no matter which technician I get. They are happy to answer any questions (sometimes annoying, I'm sure) that you have, even about the smallest detail of installation, and the manager/owner was super accommodating when I purchased the A/C unit, even meeting me at random places that were more convenient for my schedule (to complete paperwork, etc). Recently, for the furnace installation, there was a energy rebate, and they gave me the rebate instantly and took care of all the paperwork, which made it really easy for me. They were also the least expensive furnace bid I got, and it was still a quality brand. Their maintenance plans are a great deal and work out to just under $100/visit. Well worth it! I couldn't be happier with their service and I highly recommend this company.
