Had them install a new HVAC system a year ago and we love it. They assessment and recommendations they gave us were spot on for our house. They also solved an airflow issue we have had for years during this upgrade! We had them back again a year later to do system maintenance and cleaning. Their service plan is a great way to keep our new system clean and well maintained so it will last. From the office staff to the field techs that show up at the house everyone was very professional and upbeat! It was fun just calling in to setup appointments. Thank you AccuAir!

Accu Air was contracted by my Home Warranty company to replace my Heat Pump, they were absolutely amazing and they were able to repair the unit ahead of schedule, they advocated on my behalf with the warranty company to get the equipment delivered promptly. I am more than satisfied with their performance. The bonus was the professionalism of their office staff and installer’s. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating or cooling needs. I have dealt with other companies and this one out shines them all.

They've came out twice due to our rental company. They use this company. The problem has not been fixed. They simply come in, put in their equipment and leave. They don't stay to see if air is coming out of the heater vents. They don't listen to your suggestions. They just do what they're supposed to do according to their company and leave both times. The problem has not been fixed

Our ductless system shut off in the middle of the night. I called AccuAir after getting horrible service from another Central Oregon Heating/Cooling company. The staff at AccuAir were very professional over the phone. They asked pertinent questions about my service needs and were prompt with scheduling. When an earlier time opened up they called to inform me.

The service tech called ahead to verify our appointment and when he would be there. When he arrived he again asked pertinent questions and explained their billing costs up front before starting any service. He was courteous, professionally attired and quickly got to work.

We were given a full explanation of what was going on, what they were planning on doing and when they would be back to evaluate. I received a follow-up call after the service was completed and a detailed invoice for the service. The payment options were easy and their billing was way under the other company.

AccuAir is my new go-to for any heating/cooling needs. They are prompt, professional and competitive. Other companies in the area could learn something from AccuAir about how to run a business and treat customers.

From the first inquiry call to final inspection the team was phenomenal! Dave (owner) came to perform my bid as there was a staffing change and his tech was out. Instead of rescheduling the customer, he rescheduled his day. It was the most detailed and informative experience by far from any of the competitors. I even had my bid, detailed account of equipment and knew what next steps were prior to his departure.

The day of install was as equally efficient. From the electrician to Alex and Emmett all were great. They were quick, efficient, and respectful as I was working from home and had three dogs all wanting to say hi. My install was completed in such a timely manner. The next day, Dave came back out and verified work and made sure I was set for city inspection. Did I mention they pulled all licenses for me… I literally did nothing. It was great. 20/10- experience!

We just moved from North Carolina where A/C is an absolute necessity, so I've worked with several A/C repair companies. This is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had. We just closed on our house and the A/C went out 5 days later during the hottest week of year. Ally and Dave at AccuAir got a technician out super quick in what has to be a very busy time of year. The technician, Matt, was awesome and had us up and running again in a few minutes (it was a blown capacitor). He also serviced our filter and walked us through an unfamiliar system.

I highly recommend AccuAir. We will use them exclusively from here on out.

Brendan was able to come early. He did a heat pump maintenance checkup. Was thorough and answered all our questions in a professional manner. All employees are very personable and helpful.

Over the years I have worked with many very good heating and air conditioning companies but none of them match the professionalism and quality of work that I experienced from AccuAir. Alex & Sean installed a new heating & cooling system in my townhome and I could not be happier with the install. They were timely, answered all my questions and really enjoyed the work they were doing. A number of items needed to be moved to do the install and they happily moved them and put them back when they were finished. If you are looking for a company to do any HVAC or heating work AccuAir is the company! Thank you Sean & Alex for a job well done!

Matt from Accuair came to my house to service and repair one mini split and our home heating/cooling system. He was on time, at the beginning of the allotted window. He got right to work and had both systems done in just a couple hours. He did a thorough job and was able to answer any questions we had. I’m today’s environment of not being able to get reliable help it was an extremely pleasant experience. We will definitely be using Accuair again.
