AccuAir provided an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. Mike offered a concise and clear review of our system’s issues and a menu of remedies, with pluses and minuses clearly identified. Upon selection of the most appropriate option, and ETA was provided and held to. The technicians providing the new system installation, Sean, Alex, and Colin, arrived on time, preformed the complex installation flawlessly, maintained a neat and organized work environment, cleaned up meticulously, and performed a thorough system check prior to leaving. The following day Mike returned to again check over the system, provide a walk through of features, and answer any and all questions we had in a patient and easy to understand manner.

AccuAir Inc. is a great company to work with. Mason came out to replace the compressor in our 6 year old heat pump. He worked very efficiently and effectively. Another company had said it would take 8 to 10 hrs and he was able to complete the whole process in half that time. Mason was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs in Central Oregon.

After working all day at AccuAir, Alex came to my house and worked on my furnace, ending up working a 13 hour day with no complaints. He got it up and running with only the tools I had on hand, since it was after hours. I couldn't be happier or prouder...since Alex is my son! As always, your technician was on time, pleasant, quick, and efficient. AccuAir has cared for my heating system annually for a number of years and I appreciate not having to remember to call them for service. They send the nicest techs. We have had this company out a few times to help with either maintenance issues or just regular check up. Their office staff is very nice and helpful. Their technicians are always courteous on time and relay information regarding our system.

Mason was the tech that arrived. He was a great listener to the issues as my husband explained all of our procedures we have already tried. Matt was our tech. He was informative and thorough with inspection of our AC blower and condenser. He completely cleaned out the condenser, inspected system pressures, checked internals of blower and wiring. He also added wiring to power our Nest Thermostat. Retested system to make sure everything was working as it should before leaving. All our questions about maintenance were answered. Also offered additional quotes for mini splits and air purification system. Very happy with his professionalism and how the company communicates from start to finish with appointment reminder and a call from the technician when they are on their way during your service window. We will have them out to also service our furnace come closer to Winter.
