My furnace and heat pump failed at the same time a week before Thanksgiving a few years ago. They came to my home that evening after close of business. They replaced the compressor on the heat pump the next day. When the motor for my furnace arrived, they called to say the part was in and drove to Bend to get it. They then drove to my home an hour’s drive away the evening before Thanksgiving and fixed my heater so that I would have heat again. Honest, hard-working, ethical, efficient and friendly employees. Highly recommended.
