AccuAir is the best in Central Oregon. We are a regular maintenance customer, and when our AC went out the AccuAir team was there the same day....IN MINUTES. They had the part I needed in stock and installed before my house even warmed up. Even in the middle of August. Very professional, timely, and affordable too. If you need HVAC I would recommend AccuAir everytime!

Matt, the technician, was wonderful. He explained the process and fail point that got him out here. He was extremely courteous, understanding and very professional.
The notification process and the the office staff were top notch as well.

AccuAir was called to come to our home for a repair on our A.C. unit. Mason was our repair person. Apon meeting him a the door he was very polite. He explained to us what he was going to do. Mason was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing.

Called and got a next day appointment. Mason, a very courteous young man, came to my house and very efficiently performed a maintenance inspection. He patiently explained what actions he took and answered all my questions. He left a very positive impression of this company. My system needs replaced (it's 18 years old and failing) and I will strongly consider using AccuAir as the company to replace it.

After last year's heat and wildfire smoke, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and have central A/C installed. I started in October and received bids from three companies. I decided on AccuAir for several reasons. They gave not one but three options based on SEER ratings and energy usage. While they were here they checked on my heating system and told me it looked good and my filter was clean. And I liked Mike's personality.
On the day of the install, Alex and Emit arrived at 815am and left at 645pm - a long day! There was a hold up with the electrician and they didn't leave until the job was done including vacuuming the little debris tracked into the house. They were professional and pleasant the whole time they were here. I have nothing but good things to say about the process from start (October) to finish (March).

Gas fire place was not working. The technicians were very cordial and communicative. Great service and they fixed the issue.

They showed up on time, had good rates for after hours, and got things fixed quickly. This was my second time calling AccuAir and will continue using them.

The overall service was great. Mason, the technician, called me on-site to give me an update. He had to drive back to Bend and return to SR with the part. Could NOT have been more impressed with this high touch service.

One of my best experiences with the service from AccuAir. He was very polite and explained everything he will do ahead of time. No pressure to buy anything.
