Mason did a fine job for us. He came during the specified time, was clean and courteous when he came into the house. He was knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He helped with the app and software setup which was very helpful as well. Nice to see good, hard-working people with great customer service still exist.

Mike the tech from AccuAir came out for the bi-annual maintenance plan they offer. Super nice gentleman was very good at explaining everything he did. The condenser is spotless inside now! He found some issues with the system which was great, and precisely why I chose to use AccuAir's maintenance plan to begin with. A llttle proactive work now and I will be saving much more money down the road! I highly recommend these folks.

I like that even though I have an older unit they have the parts I need to get my machine working quickly professionally and reasonable prices Alex was great today very sweet and courteous

Had "scrubber" installed on furnace. Mike , the AccuAir service rep, was very professional, polite, patient with our questions. He answered all questions, educated us on what value add-ons would give us, helped load our system info and remote operation on my phone app, and instilled confidence. We recently purchased our home and were not familiar with the sophistication of our current heating and cooling systems. We are very satisfied with the performance of our HVAC equipment and AccuAir's maintenance plan and service. Thank you!

AccuAir has been absolutely amazing! After a ton of ups and downs with my AC unit (nothing to do with AccuAir), we finally decided to purchase a new unit. The staff was patient and informative with all of my questions and they were able to get the work done in a timely manner. Andrew and Emmett were our installation techs and they worked in unimaginable heat during one of the hottest days this summer to make sure my family’s cooling needs were meet. They were positive and professional despite the less than ideal weather they were working in. I cannot thank them enough! This company is reliable, attentive and honest. From the office staff, to the techs, to the owner himself, this is a wonderful team. Really glad we trusted them with our business. 10 outta 10 would recommend!

You guys were awesome! I tried fixing it myself and came really close, but there was another part that blew I was unaware of. Your tech figured out the problem within minutes and got my furnace working again! Thank you very much!

We recently had the compressor die in our heat pump system, and due to supply chain issues, the factory would not be able to get us a replacement in a reasonable amount of time (many months). Accuair explored many options and found a solution that ultimately got us a better system, and a price we could afford. From the start they have been so great to work with. Everyone who I've spoken with on the phone has been amazing, Dave the owner has been great, and Andrew and Emmet (the technicians who did the installation) were so great and patient answering all of my questions.

Overall, there are only those rare companies that provide such a great experience that I would feel compelled to write a review.
AccuAir is a company that I could not recommend more.

Technician was professional and explained what the issue was and the repairs needed. Cost was more than I was expecting but he repaired our system problem.

They performed maintenance on all of our HVAC system including air, cleaners, furnace humidifier. Brandon was very friendly and helpful to show us how to do some of our own maintenance that didn’t require a professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Emmitt Potter was a wonderful represenative of AccuAir. He serviced our Air and Heating System with skill and in a timely manor Emmitt is a very kind and professional young man and a true credit to your company.
