Mason was our introduction to the company and he literally was the one that made our decision on what HVAC company to use. He was able to share options, give suggestions and follow through with installation. Emmitt and Andrew were our installers and had an amazing work ethic. We were home the entire time and they were courteous, informative and friendly. Abbie and Victoria, the office staff, had amazing customer service. They were extremely friendly, responsive and efficient. WOW! This owner knows how to hire the best and provide a service and product that is very high quality.

AccuAir just installed a heat pump system for me. Their technicians, Andrew & Emmitt, did an excellent job. They answered all my questions, showed me what they were doing and cleaned up after they were done. The system is working well!
Mike was very helpful - he met with me to figure out what system would be best and came out the next day after installation to make sure everything was working and to answer any additional questions.
Victoria in the office was quick to answer, pleasant to work with and made sure I got the information I needed.

Mason was the second contractor that told us that our A/C and heater both needed to be replaced together in our heat pump system, but the first one we trusted. Still, I asked a HVAC contractor I know in Portland since he would get no benefit from overselling, and he confirmed the need for full replacement.
Mason and the owner Dave then presented different options for a new system. They answered my endless questions in a way that showed they knew in great detail how these complex systems work, and how to get the most out of them. We always felt like they were explaining options rather than trying to sell something. I had done my homework, so I knew that the brand of system they proposed was from the only one that Consumer Reports rated 5/5 for both reliability and customer satisfaction.
The install went just as smoothly. The crew were professional, arrived on time, worked hard all day, problem solved a tight fit, and seemed happy to have good career jobs. Even the electrician, who was a sub, said this was his favorite HVAC company to work with because they were so professional. I should also mention that before each appointment (initial repair, assessment of replacement needs, install, quality control inspection) we received a reminder email and text the evening before, a phone call 15-30 minutes before they arrived, and they were right on time.
The price was comparable to one other contractor, and cheaper than another one that was using a less reliable brand. We wouldn't hesitate to use AccuAir in the future.

My experience with AccuAir was awesome! They came to my house on an emergency call the same day that I called for service. The repair men were professional and knowledgeable. They had the part that was needed to fix my air conditioner. The total cost for service call and the part was less than $400. I highly recommend AccuAir.

In my 20 years in real estate sales in Central Oregon I've dealt with many HVAC contractors--AccuAir has been my go to HVAC contractor for the past 6 years--their knowledgeable, efficient, , friendly and helpful and always explain what they are doing, need to do and the cost associated with each item. When you have a need for a HVAC. company for your ongoing maintenance program and repairs this is the one to call.

I love that the tech calls and lets you know their arrival time! He took the time to tell me about cos savings with new climate and long term cash friendly upgrades to my aging system as well. However, since I have them service every year all systems were in great condition and there is no need to replace it at this time. Thoughful, patient and detailed service, definitely 5 stars.
