Can’t say enough about Chad and Brandi for their responsiveness, professionalism and follow up. Had a new heat pump , air handler and thermostat installed in the summer due to failing equipment and had a few issues moving forward, but they were always there to help and honor their work. Can’t recommend enough!

Aire Serv installed a new heat pump/ system and we were overpromised and underdelivered on the project. The work was quality work but once I paid in full (mistake), the job was never completed. $1000,s lost unfortunately. Don't pay unless everything promised is completed and working correctly.

We paid for a cooler to be added to our HVAC. They had some issues getting the unit, I was told the first one came in broken. After the installation all seemed well, but a few weeks later the air coming out was not very cool. Trying to contact them for months led to several promises to look at it and only one visit where we were told it definitely was not working up to par, but may be because of a dirty filter. Changed the filter ourselves which made no difference. Have now spent a few more months calling fairly regularly to never get a response. Now the heating unit is no longer working either and will likely need fixed, and I feel it is a related issue. Unfortunately they still will not return our calls. I would not recommend working with this company. Remember, cheap work is not good, good work is not quick, and quick work that good is not cheap. Be patient and look elsewhere.

Chad gives a very bad representation to the Veteran world. He uses this excuse to get in the door. The worst service ever!! Not only did he quote more than double for the system but Chad charged us then never completed the job nor did he refund the money. We will see him in small claims court as we will not let this drop! Chad won’t even respond to emails or messages and refuses to answer the phone. I do not recommend this company at all!

Chad Croom was thorough, took the time to explain the issue with the heating system, and requested the part immediately. He was unavailable to install it personally, within the time frame, but made sure that the person he recommended arrived as soon as the part was delivered !
Thank you so much for the personal attention to the needs of a homeowner who's heater broke just as the cold weather arrived!

This business has great customer service! They explain everything, answer Questions, and call you to schedule maintenance. When the heat pump went out in the middle of the heat of the summer they were there in the day where other companies couldn’t get to us for a week. They have replaced our heat pump, and the blower motor on our furnace.
We had excellent service, I would recommend them highly.
We do appreciate the administration in the office also. She has very good customer service as well we appreciate this company.

Had a decent experience with their service. However, they didn’t place a service sticker on our HVAC. Have tried for several days to reach them by phone and email to obtain a receipt of service. No response. Hence the 3 stars, -2 for communication.

Called them out to inspect our new Heat Pump system that wasn't working quite right. They were, in communication and showed up when we expected them to. They found the issues and were able to send us written information that we can use to go back to our original installer with. I'm very pleased, I wish they had done the initial install.

Chad is awesome! Communication leading up to my HVAC service was outstanding, he showed up to my home in Redmond Oregon on time, and did a great job servicing my furnace and air conditioning unit. Highly recommended!
