Aire Serv of Bend

Aire Serv was assigned from my home warranty and I could not be happier. Chad spent 45 minutes on the phone with them after he determined we needed a new HVAC system. Parts were ordered and the new system was installed within a week. The Aire Serv crew was extremely professional and knowledgable.

I had a really great experience today. We just bought a house that's turned out to be a bit of a lemon. Things are going wrong left and right. Then the a/c stopped working. I put in a request and they called and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. He also fixed a couple of things on our unit that were not a problem yet and cleaned up lose parts from the last owner. He also explained everything he did and why. I was impressed with everything. I also learned the two guys who run this business are veterans which is always awesome. Very happy customer.

Becca, Chad, Rourke, Matt, Collin and the entire crew are responsive and go to bat for you to get you the best for your situation. We had an insurance claim and they all did a great job getting us a new Air Handler, Ducting and more. Great job guys!

Rourke installed a new HVAC system in the rental we are living in. He did an excellent job and was very thorough in explaining the system. He also completely cleaned up after the job was done. I will use Aire Serve for any HVAC needs I have in the future.
