Excellent service from Aire Serv of Bend! The receptionist called me back quickly and left a message on my cellphone. I called back and setup my appointment with ease and received at text message with my appointment information. Chad was the technician that performed my yearly service on my furnace quick and professionally. He also had a lot of knowledge about HVAC systems. Chad helped answer some questions about my current HVAC system. I would highly recommend Aire Serv of Bend and will continue to use them in the future for all my HVAC needs. Thank you Chad!

The business office provides advance appointment confirmation and text message with the Technician profile when enroute, and our Technician (Rourke) arrived early and fully equipped and prepared to begin work. Rourke completed a full diagnostic analysis of our HVAC system and completed the necessary repairs and services to restore it to full operation. Rourke's technical expertise ensured the system was back online running like new, and cleaned to ensure maximum efficiency and life of the unit. The Aire Serv knowledge and years are demonstrated in the technical skill and explanation of the work needed and recommended to ensure the maximum life of our system. I consider Rourke a trusted advisor, and look forward to Aire Serv returning this Fall to prepare our Heating system for the winter months.
