Quality Heating

We had a new fireplace installed. All questions were answered. They gave us lots of other details too. Service technician, sales representative and office staff were all great. Disadvantage...we had it installed when the weather was in the 80's. So, we're ready for winter!!
(I put this under heating system installation. Don't know if that's the fireplace we had inserted.)

James Wellington from Quality heating came out to my home to install a new fan motor. It was Friday of 4th of July weekend. He arrived at 4:30pm and discovered the motor was missing an adaptor. He drove to Prineville (1:45 round trip) to get the part and get us up and running. He left at 8 pm and 89 degrees out and is to be HOT the entire Holliday. James saved our holiday!!

We recently moved into a house that didn’t have central heating/cooling and were interested in a ductless mini split. We are very happy with our new Daikin system and working with Quality Heating, all the way from the initial estimate to the final install. Brian took great care of us and was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process. The install guys were friendly and did a great job installing all the line sets very cleanly, even adding custom-made aluminum line covers that match the exterior color of our house! My home has two heat pumps. One was installed two years ago by another company. I Had Quality Heating install my second heat pump recently. The quality of work and knowledge of their installers was far superior to the other company. The installation was flawless. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had a ductless heat pump installed. The installers were great, professional, helpful, and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done. Dave was the sales rep, hes was great to work with, finding rebates, and scheduling. They stuck to the estimate, which doesn't happen much these days. Quality Heating is a great company to work with, and customer service is fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody in Central Oregon with heating and cooling needs.

Cordell came out yesterday and was the picture of professionalism. Our gas fireplace was making a terrible noise and he knew just what to do to get in back into working order. We were working with a tight timeframe due to the sale of our home and Quality Heating was able to get us help right away. Really happy with the whole experience and would recommend Quality heating, and Cordell, to everyone.

Original Furnace and A/C was installed 22 years ago. Trane furnace was installed 3 years ago and A/C and Coil replaced April 2022. The Sales Consultant, the System Designer and two Installers were the best we have encountered in the 60 years we have owned houses. Experienced, courteous and thorough at every phase of the installation.

Did a great job with our furnace repair. We had to order parts and they did a great job communicating and never left us hanging. We will use Quality again for annual maintenance and service.

Wonderful company to work with! I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail the employees of this company provide. Always cheerful, never overselling and honest. I had a propane fireplace installed by them. It involved electrician and general contractor for framing/drywall. These companies were also absolutely fabulous. This is not the lowest bid contractor for your project - but you get worry free Quality work done and that is priceless!
