Jim visited my daughter’s home for the first time since she purchased her new home 2 years ago. Jim had initially set up her heating/cooling system when the home was built, he was very familiar with her home. He was very honest, patient, and explained everything in detail. I would give more stars if that were an option. We switched to Q.H. YEARS ago and have been SO happy with their quality work, educated and friendly staff and honesty. Each technician that has serviced our heat pump over the years has been knowledgeable and dependable. Scott Shafer was a first timer to our home and we were so glad to have met him. He was even able to tame some of the "air flow" noise that I mentioned to him. Thank you, Scott and thank you Q.H. for another year of excellent service!

We had a control box failure and needed a new unit. Scott Shafer came at 6:30 on Wednesday, 12/12, and worked until about 7:30. He put in some really long hours yesterday, and the service he gave us was outstanding. We couldn't be more satisfied. Quality installed the heating and air conditioning in our home when it was built 16 years ago, and the service we have received every year has always been outstanding.

On returning home on the 17th after being gone for 4 days we again found a furnace not working. After a couple more false starts because of being furnished the wrong control board, Scott yesterday (12/19) again went the extra mile yesterday, making an unplanned trip into Bend to pick up the correct board and make sure everything was working properly.

We had the good fortune of hiring Quality Heating to put in a programmable thermostat and were impressed by the workmanship and competence of the technician who installed it. I later spoke with the Service Manager to question an additional charge and she was the ultimate professional in listening to my concern and then resolving it. I cannot recommend this business more highly. CALL THEM for your heating and cooling needs as it is rare to find such "QUALITY" in this business.

Extremely dissatisfied!! While the tech that came out was super nice and seemed very helpful, he completely misdiagnosed the issue with my fireplace.

We were told our burner control module was bad and would need a new one as well as a new fan kit (as ours had a squeak “that is not fixable”). They quoted us $957 to replace the two parts.

I went online and bought both parts myself for $200 and my husband installed the burner control himself (literally unplugged and replugged in 4 wires). So either their labor rate is astronomical or they completely screw you on the parts cost. Either way I’m am so glad we didn’t pay them to fix either of those parts and still have a fireplace that doesn’t work.

We then decided to check the actual igniter, which I was assured was not the problem, and lo and behold it had too much soot build up to spark properly. Literally all we did was blow it off and the fireplace lit right up.

Would definitely not ever recommend Quality Heating to any.
