Quality Heating did a fantastic job on 2 projects for me. They installed a new heater on one job and were timely, professional, clean and gave me a good price on the new system. On the second job, they installed a new Trane heat pump and air handler and were very good about all details in the job. The value of the system they quoted me was excellent, the salesman I dealt with, Brain, was both very professional and knowledgeable, and the company made the overall experience seamless for me ( I live in a different state). The company is a real five star business!

The installation process was fast and thorough and of course, of high "Quality"!

Great products and people. We worked with everyone from the front counter and sales to the installers/technicians. Especially appreciate Cory & Keith, our furnace/AC installers, They were courteous, professional & timely, easy to interact with, and had a great work ethic. We are also having Quality install a gas fireplace and so far are having the same excellent experience.

I had them install a Mitsubishi ductless system. Truly an outstanding experience. They were professional, fast and went above and beyond to find the best rebates and promotions. They exceeded my every expectation. I recently had a terrible experience with a different company in Redmond so I was thrilled by Quality Heating. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 and I’ll never use anyone else.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Quality Heating. Their customer service is outstanding. From the front office employees who schedule your appointment to the technician that serviced our Heat Pump. They are extremely knowledgeable, polite and thorough. Hats off to an outstanding company and all their employees.

This business is the best! The people who set the appointments are the most polite and courteous people, then they send the incredibly friendly, informed and workable staff to explain what was available and affordable. Brian O’Neal was informative, congenial and did not pressure me in spite of my disclosure regarding the dryness and the static electricity of my house. I am so very pleased with the ease of installing, inspection and the all-inclusive pleasure of working with this company. It was perfect, start to finish.

Quality Heating has been the Company we have used for may years now and we have been generally happy with them. Some of their policies seem to have recently changed and I am not sure how these will effect our use of their service going forward. The Serviceman Scott was very thorough and professional in his work at our home and I would recommend him to anyone..

Just had a great experience with Zach from Quality Heating. As a single female who just bought a house, I'm always worried I'm going to get ripped off by someone. But Zach was super honest about the status of my old HVAC system, and he didn't try to push any expensive and unnecessary maintenance on me. He educated me on ways I can extend the life of my system, all while being super friendly. Plus, the dogs loved him. That's always a good sign. I will continue to work with Quality Heating for my future HVAC needs.

I’ve used Quality Heating a few times over the past several years and have always had excellent service. They return calls/emails promptly and schedule service in a reasonable amount of time. The technicians have been excellent; Scott has most recently provided service and he was very attentive. I will continue to use them for any HVAC and gas fireplace needs.

Great experience with Quality Heating! Came home to no heat. Their technician Scott was there first thing the next morning. He resolved our problem without replacing any expensive parts, and offered good, practical advice on operating the system efficiently. I would call Quality Heating for any futures repair needs, as well as when it is time to replace our aging unit.
